They sent me a pirated copy of the book Shantaram...and later blamed it on the seller...further...the refund they promised has not come through even after 65 days.Very bad customer service...they speak politely...but just mislead you...they complicate the issue hoping you will give up...so...these customer service guys are probably trained to use these sick tactics...

No support, all my apps and calendars are now fragmented under different accounts and I cannot merge them without losing data due to their pushing through with upgrades and changes. Cannot find any actual support, most of the online help is out of date and doesnt relate to the current programs

We were booking a stay for the night. Bounced around to another site, when I returned dates changed without my notice and I hit book. WRONG move on my part. When I noticed the wrong date I contacted Hotels.com, what a mistake!!! Person was not helpful, sucked up over 30 mins of time without results. I call hotel directly, said would refund money if 3rd party, Hotels.com, would just call them. When I told Hotels.com person they just kept asking dumb questions, sucking up more time*** My mistake for sure, but when you need help, forget it. They are very Clueless. I have use them for years. Lots of business travel and the app worked wonderful, easy to book. This is no longer true. Go another way, save yourself the hassle.

GOG is the only computer game delivery service with no strings attached. No DRM, no tracking, no nothing. You can simply download the game you paid for and play it whenever you like - for an outsider, this may sound like hollow praise, but in this modern era, it's miraculous. Unfortunately, this does mean a lot of games don't make it to GOG because the publishers insist on drowning their games in DRM. But their library is still growing and improving, with tons of classics for old-timers like me as a strong base. And games are often as cheap as 90% off, meaning almost anyone can afford to build a game library from GOG. Thanks, GOG, for putting the consumer first.

Doordash driver delivered wrong item twice in a row. How hard is it to distinguish Coca-Cola Classic from coke zero? After calling the driver and being brushed off I had to wait 30 minutes on customer service for them to tell me that they wouldn't have a driver bring me what I ordered. I hate stupid people.

Used to be my favorite streaming video service, but it has seriously fallen off in the last couple of years! Since they already own all the content, or at least have the rights to show the movies and series, I don't understand why you have to pay extra to watch much of the offerings. This is purely another example of the rampant corporate greed that is ruining this country!

I had the best service possible from Amazon. I bought a barbecue grill, and it was not working at all. I wrote an e-mail to the customer support and I received an answer the same day (within a very short time). In the e-mail they wrote me how sorry they were about the product, and they would send me a new one. The new one I received already the day after I wrote the e-mail. That is beyond great service! And the one that doesn't work, I will have to return to Amazon within 30 days.
