I signed up with Twilio for a simple project involving educational or light personal use, willing to pay for their service. Despite submitting everything they asked for, including identity and project information, they permanently deactivated my account with no clear justification.Their onboarding process is overly strict and inconsistent, especially for small developers or individuals. If you’re not a large company with a long paper trail, they make it almost impossible to use their service—even if you pay.Twilio might have been a leader once, but now they seem more focused on blocking users than supporting new developers or small businesses. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. The plan makes you believe that it is a one-off subscription when it is actually on auto-renew monthly. They take your money without telling you and refuse to give you a refund when requested minutes after your money was taken. It is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!!

Mailerlite is the company that got me into consistently emailing my list!I really love this company and have been with them since 2021. It's affordable and worked well for me as a newbie. I find it to be versatile so that I can send a variety of emails and I use the landing page feature to have people sign up for my email.They have great customer service.I am stuck on their classic plan because the platform that I use for sales won't use their latest API for the new version of Mailerlite that was launched a couple of years back.With that, the classic version can be quirky. But overall, I am happy with Mailerlite and regularly recommend my friends to use it. So know that the 4 stars is based on the Classic version and not new version, which one of my biz friends loves.This is definitely worth the investment if you need a simple and straightforward email service provider. OH! I also love their newsletters and use some of the suggestions that they offer.

Bring back the ability to see your shared media in Messenger chats on all devices you sign into.Bring back the ability to see if your message was sent or delivered on desktop. Bring back the ability to export Messenger messages/data. Give people the option to export their messages as a PDF.Allow users to choose.

I am a long time customer with Wayfair. Everything I have bought from them is exactly as described. I have spent many of thousands of dollars with them and also recommend them to other people. I have always been very happy with every purchase I've made with them. However, I recently contacting them (csr #) to talk to them about identity theft I endured last August 2023. Reason being, I applied for their credit card last July 2023. Apparently, the person that stole my identity claimed, on my credit report, that were employed at Wayfair and also used their/an address also listed on my credit report. When I reached out to them to speak with someone about this problem, of course, it went no where. So, the reason for this post/review is to warn people to NOT apply for any credit cards/credit thru them as this may also happen to you.

The selection of brands is great. I wish they'd have more sales events where I could pick up items cheaper. I like the free samples they send with my purchases, however I also had trouble with a recent order where a lipstick was missing. It took some arguing with customer service to get the missing lipstick shipped. Apparently the company thought I had used it up or sold it and wanted a free replacement.

Absolute awful company to deal with, took our money and then we received email telling us that they couldn't fulfill the order. When we spoke to their overseas customer service they couldn't give me a reason why. Directed us to a local retailer, 3 hour round trip, no thanks, going to buy an alternative action cam.
