C'est pas ce qu on m'a dit et c'est de l'arnaque. Pour un journal qui parle de l actualité c'est les premier arnaqueur, vous méritez un article dans votre journal

Like many others that have posted their reviews here, it has been 8 days since I've ordered my crocs online and it has not shipped yet. I've tried calling their customer service only to get a busy tone, texted them multiple times, and emailed them yesterday and have yet to get a response. I used my California Inflation Relief check to pay for it and at this point, I'm just going to call it a loss. Well...the crocs I purchased were for Christmas gifts and I already made a big purchase for myself with the IRC so I'm happy. Croc is basically stealing govt money. Since I'm sure to not receive the crocs by Christmas, I'm going to just buy Christmas presents out of my pocket that those crocs were meant for.

Horrible experience!!I was referred to the vendor who is shipping out part of my order (drinking glasses) that I have not yet received and was told I would be getting an email from them within 24 hours as to the status of my order. So far, I have received NOTHING! It has been almost three weeks since I placed my order and I still do not have a tracking number! I really feel like I am getting the run around. I was told I was going to receive a $25 gift card of sorts from BBB for my trouble and haven’t seen that either. RIDICULOUS!! *The vendor’s customer service representative answered the phone with a ‘Hello’ and a screaming baby. I couldn’t inquire about my order through all the noise and ended up hanging up. I am leaving for vacation soon and am worried I will not have the gift by the time I need it.

Their customer service is not great. A lot of their replies on their Twitter account (@snapchatsupport) are automated and not from a real human. I tried emailing support and they used those automated replies too and did nothing to solve the issue I was facing.

Frankly, my Dashlane support experience started very poorly with a series of "helpful articles" sent by your bots to fix my inability to log in. After a day or two of those, I was about to give up on Dashlane permanently. But then I was contacted by a human being, Diogo. He made everything fall into place by taking me with "baby steps" through a process that had been overwhelming as it was thrown at me by the bots, like "Dashy". I was a math major and I worked with IT in my job extensively, but your articles helped VERY little. Diogo is a natural trainer with the patient intuition to bring you to a happy conclusion. You're fortunate to have him on staff!
