artists stay away from this platform!If you're an artist and you want to make some money from your work, this is the worst choice ever. It was decent before they started stealing the artists with infinite fees. If you don't sell tons (which only people who pay for it can do) the fee will surpass your payment and you'll receive absolutely nothing. Also they let people steal your designs and reports are useless. And to crown everything, even when you achieve the threshold they retain your payment, so, for the sake of your work and art, stay away from these greedy leeches.

Constantly locking my account, forcing me to give them my phone number and sending me dozens of useless push notifications a day. I use this email too much to effectively swap to another provider. Why can't this email provider just worry about emails.

Asked me to “reverify” my review six months after posting due to “strong language”. Yeah… the truth hurts. Reverified and asked them to identify the “strong language”. Received a generic pre written email not acknowledging my question. Received another email a week later to reverify my review. Obviously there is some sway/trigger from companies to make Glassdoor ask someone months down the line to validate their experience. I can imagine most people don’t “reverify” which would remove the review and bump up the companies score. Completely ludicrous practices by a company whose purpose was to help inform prospective employees about companies. Instead, they’ve lost all credibility and bow to employers.

U can't take the money for a subscription if it’s a free trial for seven days while the customer didn't finish 7 days and I cancel in time to see that u took the money from my account on the 6th day. U can reach to speak with customer service or a robot because they don't have one just a email where nobody answers at and in the refund policy we can't contact the app himself we have to contact our bank, apple or google for a refund Which I’m now waiting on a request for a refund from apple. Which now I’m out of pocket for £68.99 because of a free trial

Most all times, always forget the sodas you purchase. Buying sodas, not cheap. Today, ordered through Jack in Box app, delivered by Doordash, again, no soda. Ugh! Hate Doordash. Deleted their app and will not have delivery if by Doordash. Done with them.

Paid for all4 plus (no ads) but still get loads of ads all the time. Have complained about it and they’re so far acting like it’s an issue with my device or app (I’ve checked these are up to date)- like there aren’t a tonne of other people saying they’re having the same problem. I’ve not heard anything further. Despicable and false advertising of the service they are selling. Don’t charge people for something you don’t deliver!

This credit card does the consumer very wrong give you a 8000 credit limit for a year then will drop it to 2750 for no reason .. Great pay history lowered my score drastically also charged me for a over draft fee DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS CARD

Il semblerait, à consulter le forum, ne pas être le seul à avoir été impatienté par cette attente importante.

I had purchased a pair of the Logitech Pro-X 2 Gaming Headset in November of 2023. They worked and sounded great and I had zero complaints about the device. However, in early December, the wireless light-speed USB dongle ceased function, and so I was now locked to only using Bluetooth - which for someone who plays games, is not ideal, especially not $250 ideal. Luckily I had purchased it with warranty so I sould be able to easily get a replacement right? Wrong.I started with customer support on 12/18/2023. It was a normal support call, and they were very friendly. In no time, I was able to schedule for a new headset to be sent over, and then I would return mine. The agent specifically stated in that order. First I get the replacement, then I would return my headset.After 2 weeks of waiting, nothing. So I called in and they told me I needed to send mine first. I mentioned to them that 1: I was told otherwise in my last call, and 2: I could not do that as I had no other wait to get audio from my desktop. So I needed to have a working pair at all times. So I was told they would put in a special request to see if they could send me the replacement first, and that they would get back to me within 48 hours. After 96 hours, I called back having not received a response. Basically the same thing went down as the last call, only I was told that I now needed to wait ANOTHER 24 hours for this same response. Its now 2024, and I only just received a response saying I still need to send my pair first, and I now have to wait another day before I can return my pair. I have to get back to college in a week and a half, and if I don't receive the headphones before that, I will have to wait for post semester to actually get them (I go to college far from home). This support process is outrageous as I payed extra money for a warrenty on my 250 dollar product. I should not have to go through a month of support only to be told that the same things I was a month ago. I now run the risk of losing access to my $250 dollar purchase for about 4 months, and all this after paying extra. I can safely say that I will never purchase or recommend Logitech to any one ever again. The products are good, but when one inevitably breaks, the support team is there to screw you over even more. Its such a disappointment.

95% of the sellers selling on that websites are scam, who for the most part do not own the books they are selling and they are rebuying from somewhere else. Customer service do not have a phone number and can be contacted only through emails via a form, they do not even provide an email address. Avoid at all costs.

Will never order anything from them again. You wait weeks for your order to arrive, request time off of work to be available to inspect and sign for the item...then a day before you get an email stating your order is canceled without any explanation. It does appear they list items for sale that they don't even have to sell.
