I have been an EA user for a long time and was recently banned without a clear reason or valid explanation. I received no warning, no details about what rules I allegedly violated, and my attempts to appeal through EA's support system have been ignored or rejected with generic responses.The most frustrating part is that due to this ban, I am now completely unable to unlink my EA account from other gaming platforms (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Xbox). This has locked me out of games and services that I paid for and still have access to on those platforms.I am not asking for much — either:Lift the ban if no valid violation can be presented,ORAllow me to at least unlink my EA account so I can continue using the services I’ve already paid for on other platforms.EA’s handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing. Blocking a user’s ability to access unrelated services due to a vague or unjustified ban is unfair and possibly anti-consumer.I hope this public review leads to a real response and resolution, as I’ve exhausted all internal support channels.

purchased an item according to their suggested size and it didn't fit, so I asked for an exchange. I sent the goods back but never got the exchanged item. Called customer support twice, and talked to different representatives, and both of them promised to refund me ... It has been 2 months and never got my refund. such a big name, such a terrible way of dealing with customers. shame shame shame

I needed a other engine . I had Meikene in Crestwood Illinois to do the job. The engine cost 6000.00.I had to pay 3000.00of that Keep in mind I had insurance that was responsible for paying for the engine. Understood false pretends David said only cost me 2000.00.but hesitately agree next day it get up 3000.00.This did unfathomable work on my car that insurance refuses to pay for IL likely pay for it. The shop keep the total cost from me. But they didn't keep the total cost from the insurance company. Meikene have done nothing to resolve me being over charge. Meikene haven't reached out to bother getting in contact with me. Three time three times this shop try to put a engine with higher mileage in my car to made more off of the situation. To cause more problems for me they put the the engine that they taken from car in my back seat for months to ruin my back seat. Meikene have no problem with their employer destroying person property. stay away from Meikene in Crestwood Illinois. The job was over 105000.00.What rip off

Trustpilot ignores it's own policies about not allowing disrespectful and rude comments when it comes to reviews.However, Trustpilot allows disrespectful and rude comments to be made. Permitting the response from a reviewer who reacted to a negative review of a company and referred to the person as...."an insufferable c"...is not what one expects from a company that states that reviews using degoratory language will not be allowed but then refuse to remove the comment.What you permit you promote and one has to assume that Trustpilot has no concerns about crude expressions directed at people who leave negative reviews.At the end of the day, people can only comment on and describe their personal experience.If someone had a positive experience dealing with a company, that's great, but there is no justification to refer to another person as ' an insufferable c...' just because their experience was negative and they left a review accordingly.

I have never in m life seen a news agency communicate so much half-truth and propaganda. I thought the intent of a news agency was to communicate the news and let the people decide. Not for the agency to drive their own political agenda. I believe in our rights to free speech and peaceful assembly. That is not what I am seeing. And the blatant disregard to curfews and destruction. Come on America!! The violence needs to end, on both ends. Against all people, regardless of color. We can make change as a unified group. But these individuals causing the terror need to be controlled!! Are we humans or animals?

Dishonest liars. The BBC repeatedly lies about the news, omitting important facts, for instance, during the peak of the Covid crisis the BBC repeatedly claimed that the UK was the worst place possible to be, quoting figures comparing death rates around Europe. The BBC neglected to note that PHE and NHS counted anyone who had possibly ever come into contact with COVID as a COVID death, while the Germans only counted those who died in a hospital with verifed COVID as a COVID death, ignoring care-homes etc. The comparisons were meaningless and the BBC knew this - in short they lied.They also omit the correctly describe those they interview, e.g. the Doctor who claimed that the government was killing people was in fact the Far-left, Labour campaigner who was a senior member of the BMA, the militant Doctors union. The BBC seem to exclusively interview left-wing activists and present them as normal members of the public, just like Pravda during Stalin's era. Pure dishonesty.

Waste of money, and Triple A are of no help at all. They will make you wait 3-6 hours while you’re stranded. Tow truck drivers are quick to take someone’s car and throw it in an impound for money but when you need help from a tow truck driver through triple A THEY DON’T CARE. Triple A is a disgusting company.

Cancelled my subscription in good time and still had the unpleasant surprise of seeing a 500 kr. transaction on my credit card for 3 extra months more than 6 weeks after having received a confirmation of the cancellation. There is no easy way to unsubscribe, one needs to write an e-mail or call a foreign number. This put me off from day 1 as a customer. I enjoyed reading their articles but cannot recommend subscribing. It's for sure economically advantageous for them, but certainly not for you as a customer!

Having posted a previous review about how bad the Economist’s customer service is I received an email from the Economist wishing to discus my review. Eager to speak to them; since their customer service is atrocious I accepted their offer.Needless to say they have not contacted me; which serves to enhance their incompetence! And I still haven’t had a refund!
