Review of bigcommerce
What is the most important thing when you are e commerce startup? Its the technical support provided by your new e-commerce platform. BigCommerce has a very poor support . They dont give any support for themes which they are selling in their own store. And some of those themes dont work properly because they dont even test them . Its a disaster for a new e-commerce business.
Review of amazon
I was a big fan of Amazon since it had wide range of products at competitive price. However, now I absolutely hate them for very poor customer service. I am very much frustrated now because I have been waiting for the last 6 days to get a return picked up so that I will get my money back but nobody has turned up yet and hence my refund delayed.Till now I have emailed them thrice but no reply received from them apart from the automated email acknowledging the receipt of the mail. In addition I spoke to them on phone and asked them to refund immediately since the problem is from their end but they do not give me a proper answer. Those who are reading this should definitely reconsider other online sellers or go back to brick and mortar and buy the products of your choice. In amazon most of the products are of poor quality and prices are no more competitive. Believe me they are getting worse every day.

Review of hotels
I booked an hotel in Anglesey through hotels.com, the hotel in question was called the Anchorage at 4 mile bridge Just before Hollyhead the hotel boasted 2 restaurants, I booked an overnight stray there has a Surprise for our 39th wedding anniversary the hotel restaurants hadn’t been open for over 2 months we complained to the hotel owner who didn’t want to know he just gave us a list of eating places within a 4 mile radius leaving out the one up the road about 2 mile away. We complained to Hotels.com speaking to an agent on text who told us he had Escalated our complaint. We received an email 2 days later saying sorry there was nothing they could do, the hotel is still advertising 2 Restaraunts even now
Review of hotels
We used Hotels.com 20 to 30 times a year, but that will now stop as we will use alternative sites. Their reward programme previously made this worthwhile but no longer - it is worth a small pittance now You only have yourselves to blame!
Review of duolingo
Duolingo is an odd mix of excellence and complete idiocy. The whole point of an automated app is that you can adaptively drill on just what you don't know. Sometimes, it works. Duolingo in French has taught me better grammar than I ever learned in high school, and has drilled on vocabulary. It definitely has helped me in french and Portuguese. I knew some french, and knew no portuguese. In Hebrew I know the characters and it was fine, but in Japanese, the odd focus on written forms means that you need to know all the hiragana. In chinese, emphasis on the written means endless drilling in writing just a few chinese characters. At its best, Duolingo makes it more fun to drill and you can learn vocabulary. But it doesn't move on. Maybe it's intended for really poor language learners. I know some who are using the app. But a program that is adaptive should be capable of recognizing what I already know, and STOP ASKING. At this point, my french vocabulary is probably approaching 2000 words, yet they keep harping on the same words over and over. Smoking=fume, trip=trajet. Then, there are the stupid sentences. I know when you first start out, you are limited, and in Greek, they are teaching me letters, not knowing that I know the letters. So first of all, they should find out and then STOP DRILLING. Second, the sentences are idiocy:Anna the carrot, Mark the carrot? How about Hello, goodbye, basic vocabulary I want as a tourist? I'm sure they have some educational philosophy, but I'm not going to be able to wade through their crap in time to learn something useful to go to greece in a week. So the problem is that they don't deliver what an average language learner wants to start with, and I find them highly frustrating. There are many mistakes, and they don't seem to fix them. Everything is automated. For $119 I don't expect personal attention, but I do expect that they can review their questions (the course isn't that big) and FIX the problems. They claim that their sentences are randomly generated and that they use AI and that's why they can't manually fix the course. That might be true for the free-form answers, but for questions that are poorly worded, confusingly constructed, they should be editing the questions themselves to make the product better.Other people have written about their annoying habit of harrassing you to practice. It can be mostly turned off. In the end, I am renewing Duolingo for a second year, but I don't think I will keep it longterm. I think we will find something better unless they put some work into it.

Review of nintendo
And with the lawsuit vs Palworld I swear, Nintendo will never earn a penny with me ever again. Too bad to make progress over a decade, just the same shit over and over again and when there are some dev studios who are innovative and make a great game, they just stomp them. I won´t support that shit anymore, hope they go bankrupt one day so that there will be space for other companies.

Review of macys
If I could rate this a 0 I would..usually not the type to write reviews but Macy’s customers service is absolutely worthless. Bought a couch back in august and they have given me every excuse on why the couch can’t be sent to my house, from the truck “breaking down” to not receiving my money although the money has already been taken out of my bank account. They constantly stop talking over the phone, will transfer you and then hang up. When you do get ahold of someone they just say sorry and they are having technical difficulties. Even if you ask to speak to supervisors they don’t know what they are doing either. Because of this I’ll never buy something from Macy’s again and I definitely won’t recommend this store to anyone. Ended up canceling my order.
