Straight trash, AVOID AAC

I happened to be sharing a file that was creating some much needed awareness of a certain monster that's being protected by social media and this monster reported the file. Mega did no due dilligence, no vetting of the information, and this monster also was not a user on the platform. I was. So Mega jumped to conclusions and ran with it, terminating my account. There's always another side to the story and when you react on assumptions instead of taking the proper time to investigate, you will always get into trouble. I hope this one star review serves as a brutal lesson of what not to do again. Mega owed me more of the respect by properly checking things out more than they owed this monster anything. It was also information that could have saved somebody's life. I strongly urge folks to avoid this organization at all costs.

Tried to order a watch 3 times. Order went through and cancelled every time. Used different payment method each time. Awful!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order for a canvas and a print. 6 weeks later I chase it up as I know it can take a while for delivery to Australia. Customer service responded quickly to say the order hadn't been processed yet but they would chase it up and get back to me. After a few days of hearing nothing back from them I emailed back to say just cancel the order and refund me. I had no response and so I contacted PayPal to submit a claim. After 2 weeks and another 2 emails to FAA still no response to me or PayPal. I then escalated my claim with PayPal and after 2 days PayPal advised that my claim has been successful and then I get an email from FAA to say they have cancelled my order and processed a refund. If I hadn't gotten PayPal involved I don't think I would ever have gotten a response from them.

Review of duolingo

New format

The new format is not in line with the lessons. I am supposed to be talking about my home and I am getting sentences about some boys new clothes. I am getting sentences about old pants and a new skirt. Theses are just a couple of examples. Every section I am currently in has sentences that do not relate to the topic. I am at the legendary level. I have gone back through all of the review of these sections and there are no lessons that are preparing me for the legendary lessons. There are also new sentences structures and words I have never seen before.I was doing this program for hours a day and now I am forcing myself to do just one lesson a day. I cannot read the stories on my own. I hate this new format and would like to have the option to go back to the old one.

This is the poorest delivery service I ever received, the people don’t even speak English they can’t understand you and you for sure can’t understand them, I waited almost two hours for my delivery that was sent to the wrong address it took 5 hours of going back and forth waiting on the food to be delivered I will never ever use this service again

First, they suspended my VPS hosting without informing me. One day i received a warning email other day it was suspended. i built an email reputation in 2 months. now they are offering me a restore with new IP, which is useless for me. so they activated my service. i asked to remove it as i dot want new ip. They a refusing to refund me. as i have not used my new IP at all.

Really disappointed in the warranty support not…

Really disappointed in the support not given with my MX Anywhere 3 mouse. Lasted 15 months before the buttons started playing up. Although I've been a loyal Logitech customer of many products over the years, this was my first time needing to call on support. Had I bought the "MX Anywhere 3 for Business" basically the same product for the same price, I would have been given 24 months warranty, but since it wasn't the 'for Business' unit, support wouldn't back up the product at all. The performance has deteriorated so much now at >20 months of use, it's basically a throwaway item. Now that I realise that Logi is so stingy in hiding behind their warranty periods, rather than standing behind their products, it'll be once bitten twice shy in future for me.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Very poor customer service. Promise you can earn so many points, you then spend 10 minutes our more answering the survey to then only get a fraction of that you thought. If you raise the issue with customer service, you get the usual bland response as they have not understood the point you are making. I have given up and would never take part in surveys again, these people just harvest your information to very minimal reward. Avoid at all costs! Unless you want to spend your life answering surveys with virtually no reward, and no hope of help if things go wrong.

Terrible

Terrible. They disabled all the good features that made it useful. Customer service non existent. I upgraded to Premium to see whether I could reclaim some of the features. They took my money but didn't upgrade.Update: terrible customer service, still waiting for the upgrade though I paid for it and sent them the invoice.

I've been a buyer and seller for 13 years and I've had enough of being ripped off! You can take your cards to a pawn shop and at 30% of the value you'll make more money with less hassle than dealing with e-bay. I cannot believe how pathetic they've become and they really don't give a flying _ about anyone but the big sellers.

They disconnect my internet for no reason and they can't tell me how it was disconnected. told me to get a new service and it took me an hour to do it and I discovered again that they cancelled the job for my new service. I made a complaint and told them to call me about it. They refused to call me and email me. totally useless . I will go to the ombudsman

DIY failed - Dashlane support tops!

After several frustrating failures to fix my 2FA arrangement after a change up of my iPhone device, I contacted Dashlane support and following a couple of security/ ID checks, I was quickly back with the security I had previously been used to. Very much appreciated - it's what I use Dashlane for!

Epic launch failure - Google Pixel 9 series

Ordered a Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 512gb porcelain on 18 August 2024 to get on launch date.Currently my network has no idea when I will get this, between 25th to 27th September for this specific colour and memory size was saying up to week fir new orders, as of today saying don't know when will be getting stock.Seem to be able to get 256gb in white & both memory sizes in black do seems google is purposefully not producing the white varient of the 512gb model or there is something dodgy going off.A company with estimated net worth as of 27 September 2024 of $2.02 trillion & one of the biggest tech companies should be better organised with it's manufacturing and distribution of phones than this especially as this is the 9th generation of pixel phones.
