Today a Vodaphone representative came to my apartment in Berlin and informed me that my cable connection needed updating and that he needed to see my present connection. ( The house I’m in has a vodaphone cable connection in every apartment) . I told him that I never used it and didn’t see the point but if they want to update it for future use, then that can.After 5 mins of him chatting with me and being in my home it became apparent that this was all a sales technique to get into my home to start trying to sell me one of their packages. I told him that I had considered vodaphone in the past as there is no other super high speed option at my building but all the reviews I have read, warn me about choosing Vodaphone de for home Internet. He was a pleasant young man and left my home when I told him that I didn’t appreciate being given a sales pitch in my home. I have to say thank you for all the reviews people. The reviews listed here helped me to be on my guard with Vodaphone De. I’ll be fine with my present Telekom connection and of course 5g will be in the world sooner than the expiry date on any new home contract and certainly sooner than Telekom improving our service.

Absolutely slow and terrible customer support. Help pages are difficult to understand and follow. Just spent 2.5 hours trying to reissue SSL certificates with the help of customer support. Finally the tech just said "I can do it on my end" and it was done in 10 minutes. Like why tf were you trying (and failing) to instruct me how to do it? I'll be reconsidering who my webhost is when I'm up for renewal.

I have been eagerly awaiting to write this review. Mattress shopping for me has been a nightmare process for two years now. Tried box mattresses and was down on my luck so I decided to go to Macy's in PNW. My idea was that a sales person would make the decision for me.The sales person at Macy's was great! She sold me a Sealy Pine-something whatever 14". Super on sale today only for $1099 (down from $1700). It was nice to lay on bed and try it. I also chose a bedframe as well $699! All together with whiteglove $110, worrynomore plan $178 (10 yr replacement warranty) for a total of $1987.00. My and my wife were pretty happy. Except...The sales person DID tell us the bedframe was out of stock. There was a small part they didn't have in stock. They told us that it would take about 5-7 weeks to get the part in. We decided to wait cause we loved the frame. This was in July 2021.Fast forward to mid August 2021. I had not heard anything from Macy's and I was curious what the status on my bedframe was. The date I was given had passed. I had emptied the room and had everything ready to go. I called support and reached a foreign lady on the phone. She told me that they would check the warehouse and email with an update in 5-7 WEEKS. You read that right. I waited 2 WEEKS to get an EMAIL update saying the bedframe was still out of stock. This pissed me off and the lady on the phone basically told me to kick rocks and chuckled as she hung up on me.In the email they gave me a new "in-stock" date of September 16th 2021. The deadline quickly came and went without a word from Macy's. No email, no call, nothing. I went to Macy's .com and THE BEDFRAME WAS IN STOCK AND FOR SALE FOR $200 CHEAPER ONLINE. How am I supposed to trust your company? Now I'm questioning the value of my mattress! How are you basing your pricing structure? Just give me the best flipping deal all year! You're 1990's tactics of overpricing and discounting are just pissing people off!At this point we were furious so I called the salesperson. The salesperson told me the website showed in stock and the bedframe would be available after October 1st. So this is going on our 4th month of backpain, no bedframe (current bed in a box mattress is on the floor) and and angry wife. I started reading reviews on this website and my god I am so glad I did. The poor people on here are right. 79% 1-star reviews?! This whole process has been a complete failure. My family has shopped at Macy's for years! Many people in the reviews having more issues returning items or even getting them delivered! We decided we were going to cancel.I call the sales lady the next week to cancel and she said "oh! good news! I see your item is in stock! I can deliver it October 17th (3 weeks from now) and she convinced me not to cancel the order. So my wife and I reluctantly agreed to a delivery date. White glove right? Well I got the confirmation email for a MATRESS delivery. The bedframe was still out of stock. White glove mattress delivery to my floor. NO THANKS. That day I went to the hardware store and BUILT A BEDFRAME for $300 (red oak its nice!). I ordered a $649 mattress from COSTCO (white glove included in price) and they had it to my room in 5 DAYS. Its a better mattress (higher tier) than the over-priced junk they have at Macy's (currently on their website for $2099 its a tier below with less features... uh?).I am so relieved. My COSTCO bed is wonderful. My homemade frame is now a family heirloom. We saved over $1000 ditching Macy's and we spent a lot on nice sheets with the savings. Macy's warehouse delayed my bedframe again to end of October.My wife requested to be the one to make the call to cancel the Macy's order. Boy do I feel bad for the sales person! HEY MACY'S! NEVER AGAIN!

I just received my first order and let me tell you that it was the right address and name but the merchandise was someone else’s. I was impressed that I received my order in one day but unimpressed that it was wrong. Called customer service and was told they would reship it in 3-8 days and to return the merchandise I received. In this day of covid that surprised me as every other company does not want it back. So I ask to talk to a supervisor and she expedited my order but now they are saying 3-4 days and to return the product. This was supposed to be a simple order now it is just totally inconvenient. I will not be shopping here on line again.

I've been enjoying Twitter for many years. Ever since the change of ownership for Twitter/X, I've been getting "Likes and Retweets" from suspicious profiles. Almost like Bots. Profiles with XXX women. I'm starting to think that X stands for X-rated. X means nothing! Robots! X can mean anything and everything. It can simply mean, F***K you. A slap in our faces!
