From my reading the reviews I see that the problem is always the same with you guys: you have a great tool, but your CMO should be fired! That 7-Day Free Trial is a gimmick laden with problems. Your toolset is good enough for what it's worth, but PLEASE consider stopping the insult to your customers intelligence by "trapping" the business assuming they will forget to cancel or do not do it appropriately (which many fall for, like I did). Come on, it's 2023 already!

If they had negative number it would be -10.I shipped a 250.00 item, it was delivered, and the receiver said they didn’t get it. I have POD but Mercari won’t pay up. They canceled the transaction, and now he got a free gaming headset with speakers and I am out 250.00! They suck

I purchased from a seller on the 11th of October. I messaged the seller two weeks later asking when my purchase would be shipped and for tracking details as it still says awaiting shipping. I received no response from the seller. It is now the 11th of November and I still haven't received my purchase and despite Depop showing the seller was active two days, have still had no response to my message. I was also unaware that Depops buyer protection only covered me for 30 days since they removed PayPal as a payment option and because it has been 31 days I can't be refunded. This isn't the first time I have been scammed by a seller on Depop. I can no longer find an option to to communicate with a human at Depop customer services to resolve the issue. I'm at a point where I will just avoid Depop altogether and would recommend others do the same.

We have used the same square account for years. Unfortunately, the "business owner" for our non-profit has turned over and we no longer have access to that person. What we did NOT know was that this person is listed on the Square account. Now we cannot receive a quarter of our donated funds, because Square will not allow us to change that person even though the business name and the bank name are the same.Square needs to reconsider this policy. We should be able to log into our Square account and change this information ourselves.

Terrible service as usually. I never sending with them, but some companies using them to send my orders to me. Horrible. Never sending to my address and always changing to the local shop. Once the just dropped in the shop but I reviewed as delivered in to my address. Thanks for shop staff to give me a call and said they have my parcel. And today just got email as I requested to change address!!! I didn't!!! I didn't know my parcel will be send by ups.... I can't find how to contact them to turn back to my address. Terrible service and options.

We went in to Zara in stratford Westfield’s london. My partner went in to the fitting room to try clothes on. The fitting rooms were on the floor where the male cloths are. She was told she’s not aloud there. The security guard said if she has male clothes she can go in, so she did. The staff then grabbed my partners clothes hangers while getting changed. Her top was un zipped and he would not let go of them. Thai was very unprofessional.The manager came up and was very argumentative and would not listen to us at all. The fitting rooms have no gender on them and this is Discriminating as my partner could have identified as Gender neutral. This was very distressing and uncomfortable for everybody involved. Your staff need to be trained better. There are no rules or signs on fitting room regulations anywhere. We were told we were gonna be banned. All for trying clothes on. We would like an apology.
