Review of hotjar

Very poor customer service and sales…

Very poor customer service and sales team. If you are looking for an enterprise agreement, Hotjar does not allow you to trial their service. I've been going around in circles with the support team for a week now. As a customer for 7 years, I've reached the end of my tether with them following other poor support cases and a number of system outages.

Amazing customer services

Baggage handlers damaged our bag. Delta staff at Atlanta logged it and within minutes we had a email to order a replacement. No question this service is second to none. Outstanding customer service and care. Seats and aircraft better than spirit as well!!!

Deceptive Promotion and Refusal to Honor

I placed an order through Temu’s app with a promotion offering 3 gifts for $0.01 each. My transaction page clearly showed the gifts and said “Checkout for gifts.” No terms, no disclaimers, just a banner confirming the offer. After paying, the gifts never never appeared in my order. I contacted support and went through four tiers of reps, all giving me the same copy/paste excuse that I didn’t qualify, even though my receipt clearly shows I did. This is a classic bait-and-switch. Temu used a fake promo to drive a sale and refused to honor it. That’s deceptive and unethical.I’m asking Temu to make it right: send the 3 items at the promised price. If not, I’ll keep sharing this experience and filing complaints. Customers deserve honesty, not tricks.

NEVER EVER book through Hotels.com

NEVER EVER book through Hotels.com! They're just as bad as Expedia—scammers. BTW, it's the same company.I booked a room through them, and after staying one night out of six, I needed to change my plans. I wanted to check out for the third night, just for one night and then come back for the rest of my stay. I confirmed with the hotel that this wouldn't be a problem, as long as Hotels.com was okay with it. However, Hotels.com refused to accommodate me.I spoke with a customer service agent named Haer, who was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She kept interrupting me and talking over me, and when I tried to explain my situation, she threatened to hang up on me because I was I was supposedly cursing her . When I asked her what words I had used that she considered "cursing," she ignored my question and threatened to hang up again. Eventually, she did.Even if it costs you a bit more, book directly with the hotel. Expedia and Hotels.com are looking to acquire Booking.com and monopolize the entire market. Avoid these companies at all costs.

Review of gog

Good platform since it's inception

Good platform since it's inception, i still miss the FCK DRM initiative + Having the option to have a digital copy from a physical copy of a videogame; i wish corporations would stop pandering to groups or do any form of politics. Its market/consumer society, we know it as customers.I would love to eventually be able to have GOG servers like back in 2010-2014 when Gamespy had their servers for multiplayer, then bankrupted and got bought back by Valve for its Steam online marketplace & multiplayer servers platform.

Pema G is the rudest dasher I have ever had. Hope they lose their job. Absolutely disgusting person, all I asked was a question and they were so rude. Pema G will sit in the car park for a very long time to purposely run up the clock, her performance should be reviewed given this fraudulent behaviour.

During the Holidays of 2022 , No Flexibility

During the Holidays of 2022, I relocated across country, booked a trip home during xmas shutdown at work, (NOT FLEXABLE) flights were canceled for 5 day, by return could not be changed, therfore I had 1.5 days home with family. Received 800 dollars in fight vouchers, but (still unpacking, not flying) they all expired, I asked for extension, denied. DONE Flying Southwest Airlines For Life.

Rolling Stone is now worthless

Rolling Stone used to be an entertainment magazine and music and other things. It’s just another political outlet now. Music isn’t the focus anymore.

I will never shop at Macy's again after…

I will never shop at Macy's again after their online shipping disaster for Christmas. My wife wanted one thing for Christmas and I decided to buy from Macy's instead of Amazon. My package as been missing for 14 days because they chose to ship it on a discount. I now cant order from Amazon because the item is sold out everywhere. Thanks for wrecking Christmas cheapskates.

Many choices and offers

GYG has many choices for my Netherlands trip. For instance, I could book my Royal Delft & Van Gogh visit in 2 different languages as my group had different preferences. I just need to show the QR code in my voucher to the reception and we could enter. It is also very easy for Muiderslot Castle visit. Not many sites offer this visit but we could get it via GYG.

Review of bitcoin

Bitcoin is NOT a bank or a company, its revolutionary.

Bitcoin is a revolution in decentralised, trust less, boarder less, money.Bitcoin is NOT a bank or a company if some one rings you up its not Bitcoin. There is no office, no one you can ring.BEWARE OF SCAMS pretending to be bitcoin.Bitcoin BTC is the original and king of Crypto’s.Bitcoin is a public ledger and a consensus of like minded people that want a free currency beyond the control of Banks, Governments and individuals.6 REASONS BITCOIN IS GREENBitcoin (Money that increases in value) encourages people to save not consume.Printed money tends to go to pay for big ticket items such as The Military, Nuclear Power stations, Coal fired Power stations.Bitcoin Incetivises renewables. Previously excess renewable energy was switched off. Now it can go to Bitcoin mining storing the energy in a digital form.Second use of heat from Bitcoin mining can be used for space heating.Previously vented Methane can power Bitcoin mining, converting it to CO2 a much less potent green house gas.Low/Negative interest rates in paper money incourage spending beyond peoples means, which in turn push up property prices beyond the savers ability to pay. Increased property prices encourage more borrowing against property thats risen in value feeding the loop.

Review of amazon

Copyright Nightmare! - amazon.es

My review relates to author's whose books are listed on amazon.es. Amazon.es list books which are not and never have been available for sale. When the company receive a DMCA, they spend much time claiming certain parts of it are absent, so one has to communicate multiple times, sending in the same legal notice, until they finally accept that all details are present and correct. They then send an email of acceptance, with a claim that your copyright notice will be acted upon within four days. Weeks and weeks will pass by and you will find that they will rectify part of an issue, but not the full issue, or they will rectify one of several issues and the remainder will remain. A follow up email inquiry will merely gain you yet another request for a full legal notice, unnecessarily and illegally, given that they have already received one. It is often better to leave Amazon as a last resort, email all other contacts first, because they normally resolve the issue while Amazon.es are still claiming that they can't find your address, or some other detail, on the DMCA in front of them. As regards inaccuracies stated on Amazon.es; edits to one Amazon site will not carry over onto the other sites, you have to edit each individually. They will not delete your books, even if they are out of print, or were never available for sale. They have no author central and their customer services will not accept information. Their 'Report a problem' form on each page goes ignored, regardless of how many times you send it, even if you translate it for them and even if you send in proof, they still ignore all edits. If you open a ticket, to ask for help, the staff will make various inaccurate suggestions and then close your ticket. Once you've tried their suggestion and confirmed that it is the wrong course of action, if you re-open the ticket and ask for further information, they will immediately close the ticket again, informing you that they have already told you what to do. This is because they derive a monthly income from book sellers and they want you to pay that fee as well. As such many books are listed with no cover and no description, limiting sales and there appears to be no effective course of action to correct this. Only send them a DMCA when you have exhausted all other options. Unless it is of huge importance, don't even bother contacting amazon.es regarding edits to their listings, they are completely incompetent. If your book has been listed incorrectly, you would be best advised to edit it on other sites, so that your other listings are correct. Other book selling sites are only too happy to hear from an author and make appropriate edits, because good listings sell books and that is their business. Don't waste too much time on Amazon.es and don't pay them any money, unless you really have to/want to.
