Absolut worst customer service from a social platform.I am really frustrated about tiktok's customer service - I used this via the app. It seems they implemented some bots, as I keep getting the same answer, over and over, not matter what I write. I got logged out of my TikTok app and wanted to log in again. Unfortunately, my number had to be changed as it got scammed. I then told them about it and the only thing they keep responding is, that I have to get my old phone number back..Lol as mentioned several times, I cannot get it back. They did not respond with any other than this and are not trying to help me in getting my account login again. They also claim they take security seriously, however as my old - scammed number is still attached, it could be misused by someone. So the real security issue is that they cannot help me to change my number - as they are not allowed?! By not changing the number it actually is a security thread to my account. I explained this at least 5 times, but they seem to go on auto reply. I then told them I have another account and they even see this.. I then told them I could verify via my email and they could ask me any related security question to get my account verified. They again send me the same auto reply. I mean if you see that I have two profiles and one is connected to an email, why is it so complicated to verify this with the other account. I do not feel that my account is secure, as I don't know if someone of the scammers is getting access to this. If you claim that you take security seriously, you should have a process for such an unsecure process in place!!

Purchased a washer dryer which is great, however I have now had to chase the company 3 times over 3 months (4, 8 and 12 weeks) to claim the 5-year free extended guarantee, each time just getting told to hold off a few more weeks.Today, the customer service guy ended the call while i was mid-sentence, then phoned me back to say he had ended the call early, only to continue speaking over me and not giving me chance to get a complete sentence out. I'll update if/when I ever get this resolved (next chase will be at 16 weeks).Update - Nothing as yet! Phoned again today (20th August) and assured it will be sent out within the next couple of days. Will update if/when I ever receive it. It's now been 4 months and 17 days (19 weeks) since I registered the washer dryer. Don't be fooled when they say it will be sent within 8 weeks, it won't.

Seems excellent so far. I installed it and it made an intelligent decision about what to back up and did it - I’m an IT professional but know myself well enough to admit that I wouldn’t bother setting up and monitoring a more configurable solution. The iphone app is very basic but seems to work - being able to check easily that a particular file is backed up (you can download from the app) is very reassuring. If you want lots of options and a flashy interface (it looks about 20 years old) this won’t be for you, but if you want a simple low stress set and forget option this is about as good as it gets.

One on my biggest frustrations is having to deal with support groups via email, but with ActiveCampaign, that is NOT the case. Their response time is amazing and you have access to more than one Tech, where everyone works together to make sure you get the help you need and your issue gets resolved. This has always been my experience, not one time, but "EVERY" time. ActiveCampaign's Team will work with you above and beyond what I consider necessary, until the issue is resolved.

TeamViewer allows me to connect to my 89-year-old mother's computer to help her remotely. It is a life saver and I realize how beneficial it is to us when I occasionally get shut off because the program thinks I'm a business user. Thank you for allowing personal use!

I rang support and was delighted to get Jade Stephenson. I was trying to get a company uploaded to Sage Drive for over an hour. Jade was lovely she logged in and after checking a few things realized it was due to a character in the company name within minutes. Getting a solution was ideal of course :-) but it was how lovely Jade was and insisted on staying logged on until we were sure the upload was working before logging off the PC. I often bought a cam from Panasonic in my life, I like the lenses made my Leica and all devices are working well, although the oldest one I bought 15 years ago. Maybe the customer service is really bad; I'm happy it was never necessary for me to require them. So my vote isn't related to the customer service.

I have been a Xero partner for over 15 years, recommending Xero to my clients readily as the best cloud based solution. However, their recent “update” of the invoicing has been woeful. They have ploughed ahead despite 1000’s of users pointing out that it is not fit for purpose. There are so many bugs, faults and issues that I can’t begin to list them. Xero was my go to recommendation but not now.
