Somehow at checkout without knowing I signed myself up for a recurring transaction that I do not need. Please beware that one purchase can opt you in for something you have no idea of. I asked for a refund and was offered a store credit. I want my money back I’ve ordered what I needed.

Not recommended

Viber is bloated with ads, to start. It's really annoying to see ads between messages. Half of the sticker packs are paid, unlike in other messengers. Not secure, the media is not encrypted. And NO customer support at all. Bugs? Problems? Questions? "Solve it on your own, we don't care" policy.

total sham when it comes to service

total sham, i made two calls to cancel, and was up-sold twice. i switched to email cancellations and was told that is impossible, presumably so they can can keep me in some kind of subscription trap.Having worked for an award winning subscription businesses previously, there are certainly good ones and there are bad ones. This is verging on abusive. My personal advice, stay away, go to the guardian, use the bbc new service, whatever, but don't waste your time or money on these cowboys.Needless to say, i dont want to be a times subscriber anymore, but guess what... Despite them knowing this, I still am!

ChatGPT Plus is a Theft Racket

I signed up for ChatGPT Plus and paid 20 bucks a month. They de-activated my session and made impossible to either reset my password OR even login using my known password. They are a scam company. This has been going on for WEEKs. I'm glad I used my Amex card. Taking another users's suggestion, I will dispute all chargers with Amex. I recommend that users report this scam to the Better Business Bureau.

Best cloud storage out there

MEGA is and has always been the best cloud storage in my opinion. True end-to-end encryption, lots of storage for a great and acceptable price and a great interface with lots of options. The only downside is the download quota of which I believe a paying user should never be limited in. Also, there are almost no other providers that work with this kind of limit.

I have used them for a few years for…

I have used them for a few years for personal and business travel. Many stays were planed weeks if not months in advanced and some stays were booked in the hotel parking lot on road trips because we were just tired of driving. Never had an issue until today. We probably should have looked at the paper work more carefully because it listed two different overlapping stay dates. We were already past the no penalty date and thought we would not get our much needed 3 day break. I contacted customer service and was put in contact with SAB. She not only fixed the dates, but was able to get the same room with no penalty, just an expected upcharge because of the change to a weekend. Mistakes happen sometimes, but how a company deals with the mistake makes all the difference.
