never/ever buy from their official…

never/ever buy from their official website! Logitech support is useless and rejects to accept a faulty product (logitech mx anywhere 2s mouse) back! their return website does not recognise my order number(s) to initiate the return. I am 100% sure they make this on purpose to force customers not to return their items.

Lenovo needs to instruct UPS to not leave expensive packages with just anyone without checking ID or

I have no issue with Lenovo - YET - but with their choice of delivering with UPS and what has happened on 3 occasions.I purchase expensive (orders over $1000.00) products from LENOVO and hence ALWAYS request a phonecall and ID check on delivery.ON EVERY OCCASION the INCOMPETENT UPS driver /// who either does not know how to read instructions or has not been trained to do his job well or just a case of an overworked employee by yet another greedy corporate business/// leaves the package with just anyone who answers the door - NO PHONE CALL - NO ID CHECK ....Again - these are packages costing over $1000 worth of product - need I say more.

eBay used to be a good company - not anymore

eBay used to be a good company about 20 years ago. No more. The fees are insane - over 20%. eBay put a hold on funds for no apparent reason. The complexity of doing anything has greatly increased and it is impossible to actualy get a hold of anyone. I will never use again - whay happened to this?

I have been on hold for an hour waiting…

I have been on hold for an hour waiting for a Telstra person to answer, during which time I have had to listen to the absolutely irritating so-called music that Telstra tortures its customers with when they are on hold.. This is after I had to provide my birthdate, receive a texted pin, etc. I think Telstra treats its customers with contempt and as a reward, I am going to end my service with Telstra - irrevocably, when someone finally decided to answer. Rubbish, arrogant company.

When on play store for junes journey…

When on play store for junes journey you have to constantly pay out money to proceed I have spent over £100. This was wrong as there was no warning to whoever was using junes journey. When I complained weeks ago there response is dreadful and they are now blaming the designer of junes journey. Disgraceful communication from them anything but helpful
