I could not have imagined that such a big and known company is a fraud! I wish I didn't just trust them and did my research.As many people here I payed money to receive nothing and now after 2 months I have zero information, no support and lost money.This is an actual fraud. Avoid altogether the official website and their products. Cause this is not how you treat your customers!

Really disappointed by this service. Also extremely difficult to receive a reply, and if you call be prepared to sit on hold for up to an hour with no resolution. Do yourself a favour and book directly with the airline. I have reported them to consumer affairs

This is probably the worst warranty service I have ever experienced.This process was started 3 months ago. I sent my corrupted LaCie hard drive off and received a Seagate drive back that contained my files - all good.I then waited for my LaCie replacement drive. I waited about 6 weeks. I then called and I was assured that it would be prioritised and sent.Last week a box arrived and in it was someones old, corrupted hard drive that had been Seagate Certified Repaired instead of a brand new replacement LaCie drive in accordance with their warranty.Totally unacceptable service.

And everything else.”The bundle includes titles such as Dying Light: The Beast, Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, and additional software tools.I attempted to claim my reward, but encountered persistent technical issues during the verification process. I submitted a support ticket (#236025), but unfortunately received no meaningful assistance.Update: Many thanks to Trustpilot! It works!I've got the master key today.The games were claimed successfully.

After the maintenance done by Teachable last week, the creator and the students cannot access the school and courses at all for 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. I have sent request tickets everyday to seek help but I received no replies from Teachable. I am a paid-plan user but I am not using those most expensive plans, I cannot use the livechat service and all I can do is sending request tickets and keep waiting...All the users are FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED, I do not know what to do. Can any Teachable staffs please reply me and suggest what I can do?

I booked a property in Lexington, KY and after a nine-hour drive, we arrived to find no electricity at the property, due to a storm. I attempted to have a conversation with a customer service representative, but she was only interested in following her flow chart and simply couldn't secure me a refund and cancellation because she was unable to reach the property via telephone. I suspect the property's PBX phone system is electric and its battery backup power had run out. The CSR had absolutely no time for me when I offered this as a potential reason for her not being able to reach the property. I was told the reservation was cancelled and the funds would be refunded to me, after she could verify the property had no electricity. Condescension is not a characteristic that should be exercised during a CSR's phone interaction. Since the changeover to OneKeyCash, Hotels.com has become much less desirable on many levels for me.
