selling fees are too high but the experience as a buyer is flawless and their website is really great and simple to work with. also not a lot of delusional sellers like ebay and not a lot of scalpers either. people know what their media is worth. plenty of other places to sell records like ebay too so they can charge as much as they want as far as im concerned i dont sell on there.
Review of chase
I was offered a Chase card through Amazon with $100 sign up bonus. I set up auto pay through my bank account for a full monthly balance payoff each month. About 2 weeks after the first payment was apparently due I received a email saying I was late and had late fees and other charges. I was finally able to get a hold of a live person a customer service. I explained the situation and that I wanted to cancel the card. He explained that the card was canceled and that I would get my rewards credited to my account. All good no problem. However I still keep getting emails offering me new Deals. So I immediately lock the card even though I had already shredded it. I called again today after receiving yet another email. The customer service rep said my card was still active. I had him cancel it again after trying for a half an hour to get me to keep it. In other words a very short lived business relationship with this company has turned me sour on Chase Bank. After this experience I will never have any dealings with this company. Especially after finding out that they were debanking people if they didn't agree with their political beliefs. I don't care what side of the aisle you're on politically that's wrong!
Review of ancestry
My cousin is a pro with ancestry research, and he is my tutor. I have discovered much about my adoptive family I did not know. Can't wait to see who I am, though. Never wanted to know about my birth family till now. Am eager and anxious as well.

Review of freshbooks
1. The app is sometimes slow and takes a while to record time. Also, I would prefer the time tracker went back to where I was in order- e.g. if I'm recording time for project X and mistakenly press for task A and want to go back and record for task B I would like it if I were sent back to project X instead of the whole menu again.
2. The organization is very confusing and I always feel like I never know where to go for something because the headings aren't intuitive. Why isn't projects it's own thing with time tracking under that?
3. It seems like Freshbooks is geared more toward a small service industry like landscaping. There is the option of billing hourly or a flat rate, but often in my profession (architecture) we bill based on percent complete of a flat rate. I have to manually type this in and it confuses clients.

I would give minus zero stars if I could. They have a defective product, subpar customer service, lack of accountability, zero integrity and are completely DISHONEST. The CEO hired a bunch of people who sound like drunk third graders and barely speak English. All they do is keep asking you to repeat your account number and say they will" look into your account." They are a JOKE!

A week later I had not heard anything so I took it upon myself to call their customer service number. The rep I talked with checked my order number, confirmed that it had been shipped and that I would receive it on or around the 7th or the 8th of January. This morning (1-6-20) I received an e-mail from Macy's telling me that they were out of stock and my ordered had been cancelled, the "good news"
Review of macys
Our sales person at Macy's in Palm Desert CA was the best! Sahaila was her first name and I don't know her last name, but she was very knowledgable and took care of everything we needed for delivery too. Then, Bismark and Noah delivered our purchases, put the beds together with mattresses with a smile and very thoughtfully. We thank Macy's for hiring such conscientous people!
Review of eBay
If you’re thinking about buying anything on eBay, let me share our experience — and why you should think twice before handing over your money to a company that has apparently perfected legalized theft in a user-friendly wrapper. We ordered a stainless steel sink. It arrived damaged and missing parts. Fine — we followed their return process exactly, using their own label, which they generated. We shipped it back. The seller received it. And then... nothing.eBay closed the case, claiming we didn’t provide tracking.(Again: it was their label. They had the tracking.)We appealed. Denied. We contacted support. Stonewalled. We submitted proof. Ignored. We were told to go contact law enforcement if we wanted justice. At this point, eBay has our money, our returned product, and a smug automated case-closing system that gaslights users by design. The seller even admitted they’d refund us, but said “eBay makes the final decision.”eBay’s decision? To do absolutely nothing. We were never refunded. We were never helped. We were told — with a straight face — that the case was closed because we returned the item one day too late, even though they closed the case before the item even arrived. You can’t make this up. But eBay can. And did.We eventually gave up, bought the same product from Home Depot, and guess what?It arrived on time. No damage. No runaround. No IVR hell loop.Just real customer service. Remember that?Meanwhile, eBay continues to keep our money and may have even resold the returned product we never got a refund for. Which raises a bigger question:How many times does eBay profit off a single item — once when it's sold, again when it's refunded, and maybe again when it’s resold? This isn’t just poor customer service — this is a system designed to fail people slowly until they give up.So we’re done. Permanently. And we’ll be sharing this everywhere, because no one deserves to go through what we did.eBay, you didn’t just fail — you wrote the handbook on how to fail customers at scale.
