The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a toothbrush replenishment subscription from their Sonicare line. The first one was sent, no problems. However when the next one was supposed to be sent, I was charged but almost a month goes by no replacement sent. I've called, live chat, emailed, social media to ask what happened since they failed to let me know. But they kept saying 3-5 business days a representative will contact me. Never happened. I cancelled my subscription & now have been trying to get a refund these past few weeks. Do not buy or trust the Philips company. They steal your money and never reach out to you. If I dont get my money back is there a way to sue this company. Seems like a lot of people have the same/similar experiences.

I'm Alejandra's sister. Just like she said, I made a purchase from Uruguay, and sent it to her back in December. I used her address in The Netherlands, because I thought it was the easiest way of getting it done. Since I don't speak Dutch, I did it by translating Dutch to Spanish on my browser, set my credit card, her address and the product arrived at her house. So I assumed everything went correctly. Later I received several emails from bol, but like I said before, I don´t speak Dutch and I honestly thought it was just advertising. It was several weeks later that we understood what had happened and that there was a debt that I had to pay with an extra charge of 50% in interests! I didn´t know bol had a ¨Pay Later¨ service, I assumed I was paying at the moment of the purchase.I really think there should be a clearer way for non Dutch people to be able to purchase item at bol.com and not run into this issue.
Review of BBC
The BBC News has for many years now been nothing more than a reflection of most of its staff and editorial values: urban, metropolitan left of centre and oddly smug. It's complete over-representation of certain socio-economic and religious groups means the licence fee should now be an opt-in and NOT compulsory. It hasn't truly reflected the nation as a whole for many years now.

The absolute worst booking agency. I secured my booking at one price, was charged $100 more. They said this was due to changed currency conversion rate. The same room was advertised $100 cheaper on another site and they wouldn’t honour their Best Price Guarantee policy. AI generated responses that made zero sense. I gave up after week of emailing with the same incorrect responses. I won’t make the mistake of booking through this site again!!!

Terrible experience! After waiting a month for my brand new car, I drove an hour to the dealership just for them to tell me it has a large deep scratch (but they can paint over it if I take it to a 3rd party). I wasn’t offered a discount or even an apology, so I refused delivery. I have to wait over a month for another “new” car but here is the kicker - they changed my APR financing terms! Even though this whole ordeal is Tesla’s fault, I’m now paying more for my car and waiting longer for it to arrive. Nobody in customer service helps. Bridgeville location is the absolute worst. Everyone insists on going in the back to talk to the “manager” that probably doesn’t even exist. Terrible experience so far , and the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Hope we can get REAL help in our SSA. You must be dead first before you can get help, if at all there is help, especially for working groups. If you do not belong to any working group but have big mouth, I suppose you can get help. SSA kill their milking cows.
Review of msn
The tech personnel that are looking over comments are clearly biased and left leaning. They also have paid posters that post strongly worded posts to drive traffic therefore making money for msn. Very left leaning and in my eyes corrupt.
Review of ikea
I purchased items online from Ikea in St. Louis, totaling $1,300. On the first scheduled delivery, they failed to deliver my order, claiming they missed me at home. I rescheduled for a second attempt, but this time, the Ikea store had not even prepared my items (only scanned them), so the delivery driver left empty-handed. I had taken a half day off work, yet they didn’t deliver my items.I rescheduled for a third time, and once again, the same issue occurred. Before rescheduling for the third time, customer service assured me they would escalate my concern and ensure the delivery, but nothing happened. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this store.

I am very thankful to Tony McDonald. Without his help I would of not be able to resolve the problem I had. He saved me a lot of time and I learned something new from his great experience and skills.Sage's team are very helpful people.
