IKEA, What Happened to You?I’m writing this as a long-time IKEA customer who used to love your brand—but after my most recent experience, I can confidently say I’ll never buy from IKEA again.I ordered a full PAX closet system and was hit with delay after delay. I kept receiving texts and emails telling me to “reschedule” using a provided link—except the reschedule link was disabled. Completely useless. No explanation, no workaround, no follow-up.So I tried calling. Big mistake. The customer service call wait time? 45 minutes or more. One of your texts even asked me to call you—so I did, and I waited nearly an hour (!). After a few minutes on the call, your agent’s headset died or disconnected, and no one ever bothered to call me back.There’s no clear support process, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for your customers’ time.I expected better from IKEA. I genuinely thought you were above this. But in truth, Walmart now offers far better customer service than IKEA, and that’s saying a lot.This purchase has been a total regret. From what used to be my favorite store, IKEA has now dropped to the bottom of the list. After this closet system debacle, I will never buy another product from IKEA again.Do better.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worse customer experience I've ever had!!I ordered the gopro10 over two weeks ago so I could take it on my overseas trip on Thursday. Shipping to NZ 3-10 days at a cost of $65, at that price I would have expected it in 3 days. The first two customer service agents just repeated the company line of "we have your order and when it gets shipped you will receive a tracking no" The third CS agent tried to do the same, but by the end of our conversation said he would put a priority on it and then today, they tell me there was a system glitch and the order was cancelled yesterday, I am fuming!!! Their email response "We'll be taking full ownership and accountability of the entire experience you had, and we do understand that this is not what you have expected, but we'll definitely make sure that you get refunded as soon as possible as well." Well, I would hope so after that shambles! I will never order from you again.Thanks for nothing and sort your shipping out :(

Edx is a proven catalyst for the future of digital education with a global reach. The courses in "Professional Finance" with the University of Michigan, the University of Columbia or "Data Science" with MIT or Harvard University for example, are beyond reasonable doubt, outstandingly professional. Demonstrably, this "non-profit making platform" that survives partly from small donations, is on the verge of making quality education "historically affordable for all on the planet". Worst customer support

Asos offers discount codes for first-time users, but some of the products are not eligible for the discount or this is what the customer support told me. However, when I checked the same item on their website there is no mention that the product is not eligible for discounts. This is against the consumer affair laws and I have been basically scammed. I have contacted their customer support various times, and they never take responsibility of their issues. They have sent me two faulty items, and when I sent them back each time they requested returns fee deduction from me, while they are are responsible for covering the fees since they sent me faulty items. In addition, they initially declined of offering any refund, even though I had written a very clear description of the fault itself and placed it with the product as they instructed me. Absolutely horrendous customer support

1 Star Untill The Redemption

Used to be a 5 star, but they have chosen to ban basically everyone for stuff they didn't do. If you had a post saved, favorited, or to the point where you only saw it before and it gets deleted, you'd be deleted too. No warning, no email about what you did, just immediate deactivation/termination. I got banned because of this and made an alt account. I saved a post about a damn animal post and got banned 20 minutes later. Nothing was wrong with the post, but the poster probably got banned for a post they had saved, then pinterest went after the post he made, then went after people who saved those posts.

Every time I request information on cargo vans, I’m given the option to filter my search results. After doing this, I get EVERY car size, from tiny to large. Totally ignores my search criteria if they can’t find a fit.

Review of irs

THE IRS IS A THIEF! CORRUPTED!

They have prevented me from filing my taxes with all my dependents 2 years in a row. They set up an ID Pin for my daughter and myself without a reason. When we do the ID Verify it doesn't work. This is all just a big wide scam they are running. I am sure many more others are going through this. I did not ask for one and neither did my daughter. Then they refuse to mail it out to us. 2 years now and I have been stolen from. They are a corrupt organization full of fraud and are all about stealing money that I worked. There is no reason to deny me filing my dependent. Might be time to create a group to stop filing taxes if they can't have integrity. I call them and they are unprofessional over the phone. Give no explanation and hang up. The IRS needs to be dissolved.

Fiverr does an ok job

Fiverr does an ok job, but I always advise people using it for the first time to be incredibly wary. Their moderation of spammy digital marketing tactics is lacking, and I've certainly made mistakes in trusting certain freelancers from the platform. Generally though, if you know what you're looking for and don't need quality, fiverr is a good place to get a bargain.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed their impressive growth as they’ve continually improved their services, adding automation and convenience for the end user. It’s been amazing to see how they’ve evolved while still maintaining a personal touch in their customer service.

Review of squarespace

twice the price

I was forced to move due to G-domains move and was told price would autorenew the same, no issues etc. I have just seen the price has gone up a 2x of what it used to be and i have paid 15 days early. This would not annoy me but i have lost dyndns due to merger. I used to be with google domains and they were great as they offered emails, website dynamic dns and other services, many of which came with the cost of the domain. But they were acquired by squarespace who have removed all those services
