I purchased a kit for someone. The liquid was gone so they got a replacement. Their results were deleted off the app so we called. They were supposed to get a replacement and it never came. Their results were in, but ancestory deleted the kit and they confirmed. I’m livid.

Someone stole my card info to place an Order on door dash, i reported it immediately and they refused to fix the problem. It was my card, but not my account. So i closed my account out completely. They do not care. They are awful! They will not get another penny of my HONEST money! Beware! I certainly hope this doesn't happen to you!

I am amazed that All4 can get away with so many ads. It's bad enough that we haven't experience them elsewhere but on this particular streaming the breaks are too frequent, too long, and too repetitive. I just turn the sound off and read a paragraph or two of a magazine article with regular glances at the screen to catch when I need to resume my viewing.

Don't bother purchasing from bed bath and beyond, if you're ready to pay for shipping the unwanted items back. I paid $89 for a robe, and they charge $20 to return it back 😭 not the best customer service. I'll stick to Amazon next time.

Zaracara.com is a poor choice for an online store. I ordered 12 t-shirts through their FB website. I received notice that my order was recieved via email the day after I ordered it. I checked my credit card company and it was used to pay for the merchandise I purchased from zaracara.com with a notice that I could check my purchased items at their website. When I logged in, my purchased records were not listed. Only a notice to order new t-shirts as if I never had purchased anything. There was a 'contact us' link on the screen. When I hit the link and explained that I had already purchased an order and that my credit card was charged but the order screen didn't show any order, my email went to LA LA LAND and the email was returned by the 'demon slayer ' as unable to be delivered.I attempted the use the customer services link numerous times and I got the same 'demon slayer ' 'unable to deliver'. This process to contact customer service was over several days. I even tried to text zaracara.com online when I went to their website to no avail. ALL I WANT NOW IS TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!

If I could put 0 stars - I would. My parcel has went missing and they’re making me pay for it. Wouldn’t help me whatsoever. Absolute disgrace. Company said they’ve proof of delivery - so Klarna believes them, and not me. I asked them to provide me with these delivery details and tracking - but they said they can’t. I have no idea what company delivered my parcel - as I’ve not go email or tracking sent. I’ve reached out to skin pop multiple times now - but theyve been completely unresponsive. How is this even allowed to happen. Klarna couldn’t care less. I’m horrified as a customer with how I’ve been treated. Use your cried card guys - avoid like the plague.

Awful itv hub. Simply not good enough for watching live sport. Often minutes behind live action, continually buffering. UEFA - do not give rights to this company anymore unless they can deliver a quality viewing experience for live sport. BBC much much better.

This product would NOT install until I fiddled with it for half an hour. The tutorials said to do this one way, but I had to figure another. The tutorials were hard to find and did NOT help. Tech support is non-existent. You have to email them. They aren't open on weekends and take another day to respond, often without addressing the problem. This product should be renamed, "Crock of Poop."
