Avoid Vrbo like the plague. They’re only interested the service fee. They then pass your card details to the host. In my case, the host set up a repetitive payment without my knowledge, enabling them to take payment of £1043 twice. For months,Vrbo gave me the run around and I eventually threatened the host with police action to get a refund.

Today, I was charged 90,- EUR on my credit card for a purchase at Smallpdf, that I didn't even recognize.I did not purchase this, and I don't know the software. I asked for a refund, but don't have high hopes. I will just make a chargeback with my credit card company, and I'll leave negative reviews everywhere. I will advice everyone the same.Leave negative reviews everywhere, I will make a group of people to leave masses of bad reviews.

Shopify charged my account on September 1st, 2023. I did not notice it until today, September 11th, 2023. I have deactivated my account. I chat with Customer Service and they informed me of their refund Policy of within 7 days from billing. Shopify would not refund me for the inactive months from October 2023 onwards. They continue to make money from the inactive months. This is worst Customer Service/ Refund Policy. Definitely a rip off! Avoid Shopify at all cost!

Even asked a worker passing by for help and reply, " I will call someone for you" No thanks I have already wasted 20 minutes waiting. Will be closing out account and start shopping at Home Depot

i have a problem with core payroll. they moved my company over from basic payroll to core but put somehow they ddint transfer the correct year to date figures so it messed up my next payroll. i raised the issue with them have been chasing them for 21 weeks to sort the issue. after hundreds of call and emails they told me they had the solution. i needed to delete all the payrolls back so they can open up the ytd part then i can make changes to ytd and then rerun all payrolls again. i said if i do this you need to assure me that you will open the ytd straigth away to give me time to do the work before the next weekly payroll and they assured me they would. unfortunaly they lied and i cant get them to open it up and i have to do payroll tomorrow and all they say is they cant do anything about it and it will be get done when its get done.

If I could give zero I would. Placed 2 orders and payment accepted. Didn't hear anything so tried to log into my account only to find they had suspended it. Filed a complaint. They responded saying it was in error. Due to the disgusting customer service asked for a refund. They are now denying payment was ever received. Good job I paid through PayPal. Have made a claim through them.

Absolutely shocking customer service I ordered tools on January 7th and 2 weeks later still no update and of course nothing came. As they promising 2-3 days... I wrote an email and they replied that Royal Mail stopped the shipment and they are not able to track the parcel. A blatant lie because on their website it says that the shipment has not even been sent.. And that is where the correspondence from them ended. Avoid, avoid and avoid. Fortunately I paid PayPal and I hope that I will get a refund from these scammers.

This company has no clue how to service the hospitality industry. They are attempting to apply tech-style product management with zero understanding of the major issues they cause on the user end with quite literally every move they make. On top of this their support is so poor it takes 10 minutes jumping through hoops in the phone just to get to the support center where you might be on hold for as long as an hour...all during a busy service. HIGHLY recommend any other POS

They charged me for 3 accounts for months without syncing my accounts (nothing loading). Me reaching out for them to respond with no help automated responses. Then I try to cancel and it doesn’t let me cancel whenever I try. It just says ‘loading’ by which they proceed to tell me they can’t do anything about it, I should try again another way.

Didn’t tell me an awful lot to be honest, the website is really hard to negotiate and the whole experience just wasn’t what I was expecting. My ancestry is Romany Gypsy, verified through past relatives and yet there was no mention of that only which countries and areas I originated from. To be honest I feel like it was a complete waste of time and money.
