Wanted an e-reader that would work in the library system in Canada. this one seems to check all the boxes. I wanted an e-reader and not a tablet so that I would not get distracted by other things. Did 20 hours of reading so far and still have about 75% battery left. I also like the backlit screen for reading at night

I have followed their recommendations, diversified, stayed for the long run. Years later from over 30 stock pics - 27 are losing with many suffering drastic, non recoverable losses such as 90 and 95 percent down. The market has recovered during that time but somewhat not their recommended stocks. This is very odd as you would think that even a random stock pick would result in a better outcome. Highly suspicious, featuring and a major concern as I have moved the family savings to their recommendations. We will never be able to recover from this mistake. I have even emailed them the list of pics and outcome years later and asked for an opinion and reevaluation. Yet no one bothered to reply. Stay away!

Called customer service today after sending 2 emails directly to CS inbox. Only 2 people on their team. 1 has been authorised annual leave for the entire month of December (really??? during your one of your busiest months) and 1 other off sick. No offer from any cover within their customer service team to help with an expensive outstanding Xmas order. Shocking.

I’ve given ASOS multiple chances, but their return process is beyond unacceptable. Every single time I return an item, I wait over 21 calendar days just to make sure they have plenty of time to process everything—even accounting for delays. And yet, nothing happens. No confirmation, no update, nothing.Only when I personally contact customer support (which, to be fair, is polite and responsive) do I magically receive an email saying my items have been received and that a refund process has been started. This pattern happens EVERY single time. It’s clear that ASOS doesn’t bother to process returns unless you chase them for it.This is outright ridiculous. A company of this size should not be operating like this. I shouldn’t have to manually remind them to do their job. For this reason, I do not recommend ASOS at all and will be deleting the app. Their handling of returns is inefficient, unreliable, and a waste of customers’ time.

I love shopping at B&N. I have acquired a large personal library from B&N, and shop there regularly to see new books.I do not like the new organizational system for the book displays, which is not user-friendly, and often requires me to ask for assistance to find a book. The previous system was far better. The checkout staff is often under-staffed.When the checkout line lengthens, additional staff should automatically be sent to help.I hate having to go to the Starbuck’s cafe to pay for books. This always takes much longer, as one has to wait for people to order food and drinks. I have often left the store rather than wait too long in this line to pay for my books.The staff is always helpful and friendly, in spite of not having enough staff to take care of the customers.

the amount of tutorials i have to read to get anything done on the microsoft services are bad enough, but when i want to play a game on my xbox i have to update the 50 gigabyte "update" before playing, and the xbox doesn't stay on long enough without my activity-interruption to download the whole update.Microsoft is a scam, but the Xbox has degraded to the point of non-functionality.

The Czech representation of UPS in Tuchomerice is nothing but incompetent. My shipment was delayed by one week due to their inability to process formalities and customs clearance, and their level of communication was beyond reasonable. As a result, I got my package with a delay caused by them, and instead of having the package as a birthday gift, I paid extra for delivery, despite the shipping already being way overpriced. I will never purchase from anyone who has UPS contracted as their logistics partner.

I had an amazing experience with the support staff! I used the chat function, gave them the information needed to validate my warranty, and then we switched over to email to finish the process. Extremely quick and painless, and I ended up being approved for a replacement device. Overall great experience!

If I could give them a "0" like some many others I definitely would. They listed a room with two prices( 428/1248 per night) and I was charged for the more expensive room. The actual hotel site only had the $428.00 per night price listed, the Hotels.com people added the second price. No additional amenities or perks were provided at the higher rate. The cancellation/refund options were not allowed at this price, they got an extra 2K for the same room. Customer service was not helpful, offered a discount of $500.00 after the third call but still pending approval. Yeah, STAY AWAY, from this site and book directly with the hotel. Sorry I took a chance with this site, sure the CEO is on a yacht somewhere laughing all the way to the bank.
