the company gives correct and valued answers; although I had one "ACCOUNTING" question rejected three times, with no reasonable answer to why, I still believe Studocu is highly reliable and responsive to the learning community; I study on-line and immediately found out, the time element is against me, the student. I once had a problem, which after three hours of not getting positive results, I resorted to STUDOCU and actually received a correct answer in a few hours; although I prefer to learn, why and how of my subject class, Studocu made the difference between a failing grade and a good grade. I don't have any moralistic issues with using a service that will help me out; a service that will give me the chance of completing a course on time, in this time limited world of "On-Line" studies; I thank and applaud Studoco for their ingenious service!!

Missing an item and received a drink that was only 3/4 filled. Complained to DoorDash and they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. They DON'T compare to a better liked delivery company. Additionally, they only partially refunded the missing item. I'd rather drive 10-20 miles to pick up something than to ever use DoorDash again!! To be fair about 2 hours later I found an email with an apology from DoorDash.

They are promoting theft, according to their policy, if food is delivered and you missed their call and uber drives drives off with food. They will not refund you and will disconnect you from reaching driver and driver can keep your food. Literally bought food that never arrived and they said driver dropped the food and there is no refund and they or proof food was dropped

Being a long time Nintendo fan, customer service has always been more than helpful and easily exceeds my expectations in comparison to most companies. Back when Club Nintendo was a program they resent an item that never reached my home. They fixed one of my New Nintendo 3DS and multiple Wiis in the past free of charge. Also they refunded me on an eShop title that ended up not working out, which they actually didn't have any obligation to do so. The only small issue I've had with them is lately when I sent my Joy-Cons in because both of them had "Joy-Con Drift", they had switched the Red and Blue Colors which was a small and random mistake on their part, but I'm sure if it bothered me enough they would've switched them out again free of charge.

A horrible experience. They signes up, granted they have good sales people. Nothing we discussed really worked. The last time we talked to HS was 12 months ago. Since then the only time we talked again was when they tried to sell us more stuff. I declined and complained that nothing promised really was delivered. Since then they're enforcing 2 years contract that we never were told is in place. Nobody ever signs up to 2 years contracts with SaaS. AVOID

eBay are lying to sellers and buyers: I rarely write reviews but this latest experience has forced me to let you know that eBay are pretending to improve the seller experience from a cost perspective but are applying hidden costs to sellers to make their own business look better also at the detriment of buyers. I have been with eBay for 20something years, selling on and off. Lately, eBay have been strongly advertising how they've got rid of seller's fees so it's free to list. My latest experience trying to resolve an issue selling an item proves they are lying. I am trying to send a medium package via Royal Mail with an appropriate tracked and signed for service and high level of compensation as my item costs a lot and is unique and irreplaceable. I have been completely honest, accurate and fair but eBay forces me to charge the buyer a flat postage fee of no more than £11.00 regardless that it costs me £18something. When querying this I am told that I can inflate the price of my item to cover the postage cost, i.e. if you don't want to lose out make your item cost more than it should, so as a seller, become uncompetitive and be forced to accept offers when you don't want to or otherwise lie to the buyer that the item costs more than it does. The other options given were workarounds to charge the buyer an invoice that they pay after they receive the item. I am a private seller who is clearing out old items. I don't have a lot of time to Pfaff around in this way. eBay have just lost my respect. I am an honest person, so I will not overinflate the price of my item to make eBay look better or make the buyer lose out. I will take the hit on this one. Very poor seller experience eBay. Do something about it.
