I tried to buy two event tickets. At the end of the process I received a message that they were unable to complete the transaction. My friend tried instead and was successful. Then I received an email with two tickets fir which I had been charged. Now we had 4 tickets. I requested a refund which didn't come though continued to show refund pending status for over a week. I contacted them and they sent me a partial refund (excluding £3.50 booking charge!) they've wasted far too much of my 4000 weeks already. This is not the first time they have caused me problems. I will never use them again.

They are horrible I had a phone and a line with them for one month only! It costs me $1800 I called them they put me on hold for 1hr+++ Till this day I have no idea why they charge me this much and I hate their customer service they can do better!!!! I absolutely do not recommend it!

This company is a hoax. They want to charge me hundreds of dollars for cancelling my plan. I've never had this issue before as I have cancelled and restarted my plan many times over the years without issue. Now they are having issues with their stock prices and just want to hold your money hostage as part of their "terms and conditions." Don't sign a contract with this company, they have no morals. And yes I suppose I have no choice but to keep paying them even though they steal the works of artists to feed their illegal AI program. Yay me.

Shame what's happened to this company.I started getting Lego sets seriously in maybe 2009-2010, this ranged from Lego City to Technics and Hollywood sets like Indiana Jones. My father was also a massive Lego fan from being a child too and so he would often buy us two big sets to spend a few days working on with each other.Our love for Lego dipped to a low point a couple of years back after the sets stopped being adventurous and fun and when you could buy a tiny car from a marvel film for the same price as the Taj Mahal (greatly exaggerated but you get my point).Then lockdown hit and it was a perfect time to look into buying more Lego sets, so we go onto the Lego store and find it to be riddled with embarrassingly overpriced sets that contained maybe 200 bricks when that much money could have gotten you 1000's a couple of years back. Nevertheless, I got the Technics Land Rover Defender and actually enjoyed building it in 5 hours in one day and it only cost 3 organs to buy.I don't know why Lego has shot their prices up so much in recent times, it's not like the sets contain pure gold bricks or something. I feel bad for parents now whose kids are as much into Lego as I was as a kid, there is an attic full to the brim of boxes of assorted Lego pieces and the memories that go along with every brick. Lego is about imagination and memories and it's just a shame those memories now have to be how much money you had to fork out to get yourself/family/friends a half decent sized model. Honestly, just get Minecraft.

I submitted a ticket to request a reinstatement, and it has now been more than three months without a single response. I’ve regularly checked the ticket and inquired about any potential updates, asking if they need additional information, but there has been no response. After waiting for three months, I tried opening a new ticket, only to be told, “This ticket appears to be a duplicate.” So, I have no choice but to continue waiting even longer for a response that will likely never come. They haven’t even explained why my account was flagged. I’ve only created two small projects on GitHub, so I don’t understand what could have caused this issue. While I understand they probably receive a high volume of requests, three months without even a “we are looking into this” is absolutely unacceptable.

My order ID OD113721175817280000 .I ordered the wadrop on 28th oct . It was delivered on 3 rd nov .Now the pain starts .First of all Jeevas is the most 3 rd class service provider .installation was scheduled on 5 th nov . No one came as expected . I called them and flipkart extended the time till 9 th and said we will do it with in 24 hours which is very common thing to say for them as I have noticed . I called them again on 7 th . some technician was assigned .I called him and he said he is npt aware how to assemble wadrop as he does beds . Excellent Jeevas .Comes 9 th the last day I can wait .I called them and got the same 24 hrs wait reply it will done today before 9 pm .nothing happened . Next person was scheduled on 11 th . He came and found out door handles are miising . I called flipkart and they said another technician will come and check .I dont know for how days I have to suffer for taking such desicion to buy from flipkart . Last of all If I post negetive feedback it is not getting posted . I even asked them where is my feedback submitted 3 days back . They are saying dnt give negetive feedback sir please wait for some time . non sense.

Stopped in to spend $2000 on a tv. Asked the gentleman at the door to please get someone to help me with the tech aspects of same. Waited 20 minutes....no help. I started walking out and asked the guy at the desk what a person has to do in order to spend $2000? No answer, just a stare. Never again.

Worst customer service. They outsource their repairs and keep opening and closing tickets when issues have not been resolved. Had two technicians come out (each time had to stay at home for 4 hours)!and many many calls with customer service without the issue which is under warranty being fixed. Its a really drawn out, bureaucratic process to get anything fixed which is extremely time consuming - wasted ao much time trying to get an ice maker repaired and don't feel like I've many any progress!!! The customer service agents don't seem to have any power to do anything so have yo defer to another team and you have to wait for their call. Very inefficient!

Absolutely impossible to book a place at the moment and take advantage of the membership. I have been a member for the past 4 years, and have attended many national trust places. Currently the ones close to me in Surrey all get booked up so quickly and there are not many alternatives. What is the point in paying a monthly membership if you cannot use it? I work on Fridays and am unable to sit there trying to get into a Glastonbury-like queue. Other trusts and gardens have opened up their booking system at least a month out, but not NT. Not good enough

You can't withdraw funds directly from the platform in the UK. The only way to withdraw funds is via direct trade with another individual who sends them to your bank; then, you transfer the crypto to them. Binance disclaims that the user name on Binance and the user name of the bank transfer must match. This never happens, so you have to take a gamble that the user won't reverse the payment after the crypto has been sent. That's me done with Binance.
