Wattpad customer service

I joined Wattpad around April or May this year and I published my first story there. A few months after publishing my story, it was deleted with no explanation. I thought nothing of it and republished the same story, but I soon copied it into a Google Document and had saved it. The second time my story was deleted was around August. After that happened, I emailed Wattpad help and my story was brought back along with my reads and votes. About a week ago, I logged into my account and refreshed my profile only to find that my stories were deleted, even the ones that were unpublished (which was 4 drafts I had saved). Personal information was posted onto my account, like random announcements, along with a picture of my face. I quickly emailed Wattpad for help but the soonest I recieved my response was a week later. Luckily, the announcements stopped and I was able to revert my profile back to what it used to be. The most I could do to re-secure my account was change my password, and I would rather have more of an explanation for what happened to me then just continue being anxious about having another breach in my account. Wattpad recently emailed me back and told me that my problem would be fixed "by itself". I told them that I would like a bit more information about what happened to my stories and why my account was not secure. I would expect a bit more from such a big website. Sorry, Wattpad.

Account suspended without reasons and there's no way to contact support

Our account was suspended without any prior notification for "SPAM" even if we have never spammed. This means we cannot log in to the account. There is no way to contact support, you can open tickets, but to open tickets you have to log in (login is suspended). For every minute we have zoom off, we lose money.They said they had already notified us, and it's true... 2 months ago, we received a ticket that said, "you have overreached your email sending limits", but we do not have any limit, and we do not send emails (just automatic webinar reminder emails set 4 years ago), we asked for clarification, but we have never received any reply.It was an amazing service until some time ago, now they have increased pricing, and they have decreased the quality of customer support

Bought from Microsoft M/S Office…

Bought from Microsoft M/S Office several times over the years. They have now updated all office prgs to Office 365. My old activation keys I bought for lifetime are no longer valid . I am no longer able to use office on any of my computers unless I Purchase from the with Subscription. Complete Con. Do not use M/S for office. Purchase Office Suite at a tenth of the price and they also provide a CD for use on several computers. I have complained many times to Microsoft but I have the courtesy of a reply

I love Klarna pay.

I love the option to pay in 3 installments so you can still buy things that would normally be out of the question for me. I also love that if your struggling with a payment one month due to unforseen circumstances they help you out and dont write you off like most would.

Fabulous trip to Zacopane mountains and bathsnd bayhs…

I booked my trip last minute to mountains and Thermal baths in Zacopane Poland, wasn't sure about directions to pick up point so lovely lady at booking office send me a map with directions on it from apartment to meet point. On the day Niko our guide and our driver met in good time, was jolly and helpful answering questions. We traveled in comfy bus, air con and was given regular updates. All aspects of the trip were well timed with breaks in between. I as a person with some disabilities, more need than average to know where toilets are found only one issue, our guide wasn't aware of the toilet facilities at village stop. There is one which with a little effort i found, it was the only stressful section of trip. Niko was kind an understanding helping me if needed, great fun an very knowledgeable of Polands history, great guy for giving trips. First time using these tours ill use again.

So far so good for me

So far so good for me. I rarely need to speak to customer service because of the app. I was able to open accounts and do things through this app, at other banks, I would of had to be in person for. I truly hope I do not come across problems or negative situations that others have had to deal with. Appreciate you Capital One.

Abe Books allows Irish Booksellers to stay on their Platform...WHY?

Seller on Abe Books, Irish Booksellers, regularly does not ship items. They claim they "don't have a tracking number". I think they just hope customers forget that they made the orders! When I demanded a refund, it was a huge hassle. They refunded the cheaper book but kept the money for the more expensive book. Eventually, they made the refunds but KEPT THE TAX charged on items that they never even shipped! I made a dispute with my credit card company and got full refunds for both items. The question is: Why does Abe Books continue to allow this "seller" to try to scam people on their platform?

Appalled by their rude unhelpful replies

I was so appalled by the disdainful, disrespectful, illmannered responses by LinkedIn's 'customer services' that I created this Trustpilot account just to downvote them!My account constantly tells me I should verify my identity, despite having had a LinkedIn account for 10+ years, with personal reviews and testimonials, etc.So, finally, I decided to go ahead -- but it turns out their verification method is higher than the last 2 online banks I joined, and my own government. I scanned my passport, which was accepted, but my tablet and phone are both 3+ years old and don't have NFC sensors, so I can't scan my passport's NFC -- an extra measure neither of my recent banks required!So I wrote to query this seeming overreach, security-wise, why it was necessary, and why should my 10+ year old account now be unverifiable unless I spend £££ on new tech?The first few answers I got were all 'we'll get back to you, we're busy' automated stuff.The next one was in French!The one after that told me they were passing my enquiry on to a different department.The next one seemed written by a bot, repeating info about verification on the website...etc...I finally got an actual human, I believe, who expressed confusion as to why I was still requesting some engagement with my question.I resent them my original message, believing it had some pertinent questions.Their reply was literally a quote from an earlier bot response, in quotation marks.And so it goes on.Of course, by this point I'm just trolling them. But still...
