I have paid for next day delivery with a note saying I needed the item asap please, on contacting customer service I was told they would contact the driver and ask him to deliver my item asap, which I was happy about, I have been waiting and watching the driver on the track all day, only to see he was one street away from me then carried on in the opposite direction! Every 10 mins he stopped for 30mins up to 1hr ! What’s the point of next day delivery if you have to wait all day… I was supposed to leave a 2.30pm to go to a hotel before starting a night shift now I will have to go straight to work without a rest… AMAZON.. this is not good enough 😡 why are you not watching your drivers messing about and time wasting!!! When you have paying customers waiting for their items !!!

courier left my package literally outside by the main road stating "left in garden". this is a flat, we don't have a garden. it was behind a small wall by the building, package could be seen by anyone walking on the pavement and could have been picked up just as easily. literally from the pavement, wee wall is 1m tall and right next to pavement. the way it was placed it was clearly visible to anyone walking from southern side... nothing short of a joke, this is too stressful. next time will likely just get my butt to a physical store and get it myself if possible or order via someone not using a bunch of jokers as delivery folk... i did not get any text stating it's close or anything

Shocking - their Nest is not fit for purpose. The thing works for a week or two then blows. We're on our second replacement. There's some sort of hardware problem - a diode I've read - that always blows. Rather than fixing the product, they keep sending out the same faulty series three thermostat. A potential PR disaster for Google if consumer interest bodies get wind of this. Do not buy one. We're fitting an old school one instead now.

Following my 1* review Hootsuite got in touch, completely resolved the issue AND authorised an immediate refund of the full amount they had charged me. Taking that all into account, and the speedy way in which they helped me I have changed my review to 5*Thanks for listening Hootsuite! DONT DO ITI cancelled this last year and they have just taken another £360 out of my account... they dont offer a refund and dont have a refund policy!Tried contacting them and have had no response whatsoever. Live chat doesnt work....All in all an exerience not worth doing - expensive, no customer service and they take your money whether you cancel or not...Come on Hootsuite - sort this out!!

Me and my girlfriend wanted to a tour of Edinburgh castle, we arrived at the meeting point at 1:20pm (tour due to start at 1:30pm) the app advised to look out for a guide with a black umbrella, we located a guide but noticed he was speaking Spanish and was surrounded by tourists who were also speaking Spanish, thinking we had gotten the wrong tour guide we looked around but couldn’t find any other guide with a black umbrella, I decided to check the app to see if a mistake had been made when I booked the tour and noticed it said Somos Escocia which is Spanish for “We are Scotland”, knowing I had paid for an English tour and with 1 minute till the tour started I hastily cancelled via the app but the company refuses to refund me the amount paid. Tripadvisor/Viator doesn’t recognise the issue with the tour guide not speaking english or that their app fails to mention there will be multiple guides, they also fail to recognise the reason I cancelled was due to Spanish tour guide and the Spanish wording in the tour app description which at that moment made me believe a mistake had been made on their end. The tour booking advises look for a "tour guide" with black umbrella however after speaking to their customer service team via email they later informed me there were multiple tour guides in the area with black umbrellas, their argument is I should have asked the Spanish tour guide, look the guy was speaking a different language and was engaged in a conversation with all the other Spanish speaking tourists, I don't speak Spanish and as a paying customer don't feel I needed to confront the guide, the app said look for the tour guide, we could only see one 1 with black umbrella so why would be dispute this? Perhaps the tour booking should have been clearer that there would be multiple guides in the area with black umbrellas and to find the one that speaks your language. The whole experience left me confused and my thought process was that something had gone wrong on their end. They now flat out refuse to provide me with a full refund. I’m a valuable customer who has paid Viator over £300 on other tours during our stay in Edinburgh excluding this one but they prefer to hold onto small change and lose me forever and my future business. To top it off they called me to discuss complaint today not on the day I requested, the call lasted 45 minutes but the manager I was speaking to couldn't care less, they wouldn't see it from a human perspective and why the chain of events led me to cancel, instead the managers "computer says no" perspective wasn't helpful and spoke over me multiple times, very poor service from Viator and Tripadvisor, vague descriptions on the tour app and poor resolution offered by a supposed manager. I won't be using the trip Advisor app or Viator again unless I'm offered an acceptable resolution, I suggest you think hard before giving these guys your money.

I've googled "tomshardwaer.com biased" and i was trying to see whether other people got any feelings of sensing a bias in tomshardware reviews. And then i realized that there is a thread here in trustpilot. The review score matches EXACTLY the feeling i've got over decades for that site !

I went to Get my groceries today over 200.00 before coupons. 180.00 after coupons I asked the cashier if it had took off my digital coupon for 15.00 I had downloaded.She told me no I said I had problems before with it not taking that’s why I ask.She informed me that I had to show her on my phone I let her know I had downloaded them on my I pad at home she said couldn’t help so I paid and she knew I was mad by then so she’s like have a nice day.The more I thought about it the more upset I became.I walked up to customer service and returned all the items.The. Lady called someone and all they can say is to call the number I think not I’ve called and it has been doing this off and on for the last 6 or 7 months I can’t imagine how many people they screw over with this card.People watch your digital downloads and their is No customer service at the Kendallville Indiana Kroger .

the customer support person are miss guiding the user at amazon where one i had ordered product and pre paid amount for office address ...the only options to cancel for me was when delivery was attempted but the delivery guy, handed over the product to security with out iniciating a call.....but when i called customer agent they said i wanted to return it......they said u can return it even if it is not returnable bsz it was mistake from there side
