I will never order from Amazon again. They didn’t even attempt delivery at my office, which has some 200 people working there. 2 other people were waiting for orders. Because the office is in a shopping centre, the driver was lazy to get out of his car, walk 30 metres, and ring the office front door. Receptionist confirmed nobody even tried to ring the buzzer. I’m tired of ordering things and the product is not what I expected, bad quality, arrives late, doesn’t arrive at all, and customer service is non existant. I’m not even going to ask how it is that Amazon somehow knows every single one of my bank account cards, including cards that i have never used online a single time, or used at all, for that matter. I’ll go back to buying stuff from reputable companies, and collecting at their stores.

Terrible service. Order was placed in November for an item, was contacted 3 times by email to be advised of further delays for delivery, and on the 3rd occasion was informed that they will not be able to fulfil the order and that the order was being cancelled so now I've waited 3 months for nothing. In addition they make it very hard to contact or speak to any real person which just makes bad situations like this all the more frustrating. Would not recommend or use again.

I paid for a template but didn’t receive any links or any way to download the template. It wasn’t emailed to me either. When I reached out a couple of times, they impolitely told me that because I didn’t create an account with them and downloading as a guest is restrictive. So basically I lost money.

The subscription for this month made my bank account negative. I reached out within hours of the charge to get a refund on the same day- they refused because of terms and conditions. At first, they told me a refund would be posted so clearly this is something they do offer in some cases. Then they said they were mistaken and that my subscription would ONLY be cancelled for the next month, however, no refund would be issued after all.I asked the same day, had not used the service for the time being charged for, it made my bank account negative. This is a service for students, but they would rather have $16.99 than a student not have a negative account. It was escalated and the person still said the same thing, they could only cancel the subscription, not refund it.I also received an email from Trustpilot asking to verify and prove this as Chegg tried to claim this did not happen and tried to have my feedback removed. Fortunately for me, I had the entire exchange still, as well as the text message from my bank same day saying my account was now negative. Nothing about this review is false and it is shameful they tried to have this removed.

Joke of a price match guarantee. It's just a scam. Will make you waste your time, and even when you finally get all they need, they'll say they cannot match the other price if it includes any kind of promotion. Well ofc it would include a promotion. I was a long time customer, that was the very last time I use Agoda. Super unhelpful customer service.

Not the first time this happened. We booked a hotel for 2 nights in Denver, CO and when we got there it was a straight up crack house. Feces, blood, meth heads, cop cars, you name it. Absolutely horrible. We left immediately and the front desk folks said no problem we'll give you a refund - they get this all the time. Anyone who's ever tried to find a last-minute hotel in Denver knows it's tough and it took hours to get to a better place, which cost us way more money. Then Agoda tried pulling every stunt in the book to deny us a refund. First they told me my name isn't even on the reservation so they can't talk to me (um what? the hotel had my name!) Now they are saying they need photos and videos of the place, as if we stayed long enough to video - what do you want, videos of the smells? Come on Agoda. This isn't the first time I've had problems with them for similar issues. I can't believe they still exist - hoping some agency or something will come in and shut them down. This is horribly predatory and putting people's safety and hygiene at risk.

Should have read the reviews here before ordering from their website. Order is delayed and I haven't heard back from them. 26 people in the queue to talk to an agent who took 1h30min to get to me. Agent copy-pasted the FAQ and said he wouldn't help. I went with them hoping that ordering straight from the manufacturer was the safest bet. I was sorely wrong. Go with any other retailer instead.

The CDN Government purposely withheld information that directly effects me and all the police departments, judges, the entire judicial system is in on it! I served the CDN Government with a civil lawsuit, and just as I predicted, like a coward that they are they defaulted! Innocent people do not crawl under the rock when they are called out if they have nothing to hide! Also, innocent people do not default in a serious lawsuit that clearly exposes their part in it! If your hands are clean then you folks should have not stoop low to recruit people to do your dirty deeds! After they defaulted, I’m now on a mission to hold them accountable!
