I used to use CNet all the time. Not anymore, because i have to give them details, email etc, just to download software that used to be readily available.
Now i never go on CNet, I'm not signing up, when i don't have to anywhere else to download these files.
Shame.

Bought this Motherboard as it had a 3 year warranty.After 18 months it completely died. Tried another motherboard I had and all works fine, so definitely faulty.Contacted Shop I bought it, they said warranty is with Asus. Contacted Asus, they say it's down to the shop where purchased.After many emails between shop and Asus later, neither would honour the guarantee to this day. Had to buy a new motherboard, not an Asus this time, thank god!So beware ASUS DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTIES!!

WordPress set up my website years ago, then locked it so that I couldn't update anything. Then the gentleman who maintained the website for me suddenly disappeared. Now I have no way of accessing my website. I tried to contact WP, but they didn't bother to help me, so I will be moving to a different host, for sure. WP software is not user-friendly at all; blog was very difficult to work with.

Do not book through VRBO. The platform does not protect the buyer. Canceling within minutes of an unknown emergency and no option for a refund.After talking with the home owner, they refunded the housing portion. But the platform is still charging "Cleaning Fee" and other fees all of which have not been rendered.

When I had a hard time proving that the table had been delivered (i.e., a BOL was not enough), the Houzz customer service representatives were amazingly helpful!Thank you & now I am placing this new order--even though I had other website options to order from-- mostly because of the customer service

I requested support because Wordfence scans reported the presence of a hidden URL on my website that had been listed as high risk by Wordfence. In spite of my effort and the effort of a Wordfence support engineer, the URL could not be found, and continued to show up in scans. The support specialist informed his Lead Customer Support Engineer. He requested admin privileges, and ran his own scans, and the problem disappeared. He said: "Nothing is getting picked up. Further, when I last checked the code we saw earlier is no longer present. It's my guess that it got removed in a scan. I wish I had a better answer for you but it's gone.

What a scam. I bought two sets of chairs. One set came with a leg snapped off, of which they offered a 10% discount and eventually agreed to send a new chair. I mean it was literally un-usable, what would a 10% discount do?! The other set of chair was clearly “open” box even though I paid full price for new chairs. They were thrown in the box, not wrapped, no tools, no instructions, the screws were stripped and in a ziploc bag. The box was damaged and obviously re-taped. I got two set of chairs so I know what a new box looked like despite being broken. If I wanted open box I would have paid for open box, but I wanted new chairs and paid as such. There was no resolution from customer service, just a run around. It is a scam to charge the customers the new price and send them a used product. I spend thousands of dollars per year on wayfair and due to their poor customer service I won’t be ordering from there again and would suggest others not as well. Despite the below response from wayfair the issue of sending open box items as new has not been resolved. They did agree to send new chairs for the one with the broken leg. But I have no resolution for getting open box items and paying as new. Still NOT great customer service from wayfair bots.

They act like a monopoly company that thinks only of its own business. Several times other people have pointed out to them that the platform is not compliant with the latest Google Consent Mode guidelines, and they have recently decided to indiscriminately set consent-default to granted for everyone, making attempts to be compliant while paying a CMP futile. This error has been pointed out on their forum (google consent mode duplicated consent default is the keyword) by many merchants, and furthermore support is deaf to the request to give users the ability to disable this feature of theirs (NOT DOCUMENTED). They respond to you with chatgpt to keep you happy, but they are making fun of you. Bad. Very bad support, everyone should change CMS and pass the word of their behaviour

they were much better before intuit, they banned my account for messaging my own contacts lol. these were people opted in in person mostly. its was banned by an automated system, then asked for a review of my account and another automated system rejected the review. I am moving away from all intuit products i would suggest mailer lite because there is actual employees there for concerns.

I now remember why I stuffed my GoPro 5 in the closet many years ago. The App is forever in uploading mode via mobile wifi connection. Although connected to my desktop via USB, I still can't upload any files. I went through all the fixes to no avail, and after 3 hours of frustration, it's back in the closet it goes. Absolutley worthless purchase.
