I got scammed by a seller who sold me 2 left foot trainers. Phots can clearly be seen and I’ve for some reason had my account blocked. Managed to open one in my partners name to then find out the seller is still active even though I’ve put in a dispute he’s still been allowed to sell faulty products. This website is full of scammers and people trying to rip you off. Don’t make the same mistake as me stay well away from Depop

In trying to connect my courses with my website I was unable to get any support from them. They only offer email support (no live chat or phone support) and it took several days for someone to email me back and when they did, they clearly had not read my email so none of the information they provided was usable. I'm now still waiting - it's been 8 days that I've been waiting for help.Updated edit: I saw their response. For the record, I do have a paid plan for which I pay almost $300 a year. This is not enough to warrant live help. The cost if you want live chat help is Professional: $119/month or $99/month when billed annually --- this will not get you phone support which they do not offer.

ANY CUSTOMER THAT CONTACTS BANK TO STOP PAYMENTS 3 DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT DUE, AN IMMEDIATE STOP PAYMENT ORDER FOR SIX MONTHS SHOULD BE APPLIED.

We ordered a $3,000 sectional sofa from Macy's which was delivered on February 5, 2020. Macy's contracted with a third-party delivery company that they call "White Glove" delivery for this delivery. The end piece sectional was scrapped against our stucco wall coming into the house even though the plastic bag covering it, was removed and sat in our driveway while they brought it in. Secondly, the connectors to connect the sectionals were put on unevenly leaving only 3 legs touching the floor causing instability and an uneven line in front. Macy's scheduled to replace the two sectionals for Tuesday, February 11. The first piece was taken off the truck, completely unwrapped (again) and one of the deliver guys placed the new piece leather-side down on our cement driveway to check the recline mechanism (see photo). I suggested they should put the plastic back on, especially bringing it in the house. He responded, "We got this, man..." They brought the new piece in sans any covering. We then went out to the truck and when they opened the cardboard box to the second replacement sectional, he showed me a 3 inch tear in the side of the new center sectional and said, "We can't bring this one in, we'll have to return it and bring a new one back..." We went in, looked at the one they did deliver, hooked it up and all seemed fine. I asked him to call Macy's, tell them about the additional problem, see if it is in stock, and schedule a new delivery date to which he responded his practiced, "No man, we got this..." I objected saying last time there was a problem, they did call from our house and I got to speak with them. He said they don't do that now (?). He then handed me an iPad and said, "We need your signature for the piece we delivered." I did. Turns out, the iPad said both pieces had been delivered and on February 12, I called Macy's and they said they had no record of the damaged unit. I asked my CSR, Julianna, if I could speak to her Supervisor since this was really all wrong. She declined. I insisted, and Mia, her Supervisor, came on the line and parroted back what Julianna had said. I asked Mia if I could forward the photo of our new piece face down on our cement driveway and she declined. Bottom line? Macy's is closing it's brick and mortar stores all over the country and perhaps this is why the once proud brand name is hiring 3rd world companies to do their deliveries. It is the last Macy's purchase we will make. Buyer beware!

Tried the app after being lured for the 7 days free trial. I remember for sure that the charge would be after the 7th day. Before I was able to cancel the subscription, I was charged for a year worth of subscription A$53.99 a day earlier. Contacted the chat only to be answered by AI. Emailed the support, only answered the next day blatantly said that I have missed the trial period and there's no refund from the annual charge. Given link to the Terms & Conditions but it was not readily available on the individual account nor there was no copy of agreement sent to email or confirmation when joining the trial. There's no kindness in the tone. When I checked the review, I realized to have been scammed by this dodgy company. Since the company based in Chengdu, China (CEO - Tony Duan), I found it hard to resolve this issue as there's no legitimate transparency to discuss with actual person to resolve the issue.Anyone on the same boat, please report this company to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN). Please also consider reporting this issue to the national Fair Trading and Consumer Commission.

As of now, It's a direct crime against Mother Nature, orchestraed by the continue practices of the individuals behind this company. We can't say that PAYPAL, and the original doogebag behind PAYPAL is to blame. GOD knows, he did the bad deed and ran off to drag you all to another level of infinite hell. As of today PAYPAL, is no longer the primary driving force so, what is their excuse today? It's worst than before and doesn't care, a total criminal enterprise. Collecting taxes over used items which have been already paid over and over? Not to mention the over lap taxes collected from new items from sellers that have already paid a tax for it. Do They think that everyone is stealing the merchandise or getting it from some supplier for free? Shut it down....it exists only to enable more pollution like Amazon, criminals!

Received my new XPS 15 (9530) laptop yesterday. It did not come with an adapter (usb-c to hdmi & USB A ports. I called customer service just to check if it was missing... Holy s***, overseas customer service!!! Super loud conversations in the back ground. Echo of my own voice. I could NOT hear myself think!! I hung up and called again, same thing. Dell- you are hiring overseas customer services to save $. It is just NOT same! Horrible experience. Thank God I don't have any technical problems. Thank you for the 30 day return policy because I will be going just that!

Firstly they rip you off with NBN home internet so go with iinet they are much better priced and waaaaay faster internet (hot tip)Secondly, you can be in the middle of suburbia and have 1 bar reception - since 5G came out its actually got worse and it's borderline criminal that you should pay for such rubbish services. As a comparison I was in South Africa recently and believe it or not Telstra could take some tips from them in regards to quality reception and service! 3rd world country putting Australia to shame, so well done Telstra you are are winning at being the worst provider in Australia and abroad. Avoid Telstra like the plague, they overcharge for terrible services, look elsewhere hot tip 🔥

I have no response from them, can't log in to get help from them. I'd desperately need my account for work, and can't get it back. No help from them at all!!!
