Been stuck in this airport all day with times changing for delays constantly. Not been able to get anything to eat because of times altering. No communication, no staff, only the cleaners and staff at the shops to reassure us. I understand the difficulties disruption from the man made rain that’s been caused but still expect more professional service. Hardly any sleep as we had to sleep on the corridor floors. We are one of many. Disappointed to say the least.Edited - finally got a flight to Brisbane the next day and no luggage - 4 days in and still no sign of our luggage. If you are planning to come to Australia from the uk via Dubai - choose another airline and location as they will still fly you in to it! This has spoilt our dream holiday that we have waited years for. Spent most of our time trying to track our luggage, can’t speak with anyone.

Have prime but charged for returning package. Looked for a large dog coat using the filters for L only. Got offered a cheap,one from the warehouse where I stupidly assumed would be a large. It’s wasn’t, it was an XXXL. SENT IT BACK AND CHARGED DESPITE PAYING FOR PRIME. Shoddy money making firm.

Ordered a new Nokia 1.3 phone in the new year promotions, next day delivery with bundled accessories. Credit card was charged but it sat pending for a week, order status on nokia.com stated 'processing'. Then credit card charge disappeared, no update or explanation from Nokia. Assumed it could not be fulfilled so purchased a phone from Currys instead. Contacted Nokia to confirm it was cancelled to be told that it would ship and I should refuse the package and claim a refund if I no longer want it. No other option. At this point I still had not been charged. Irresponsible to charge and then ship goods that are not wanted, or put people through admin processes that are totally unneccesary. Online help was poor. Avoid Nokia and buy from 3rd party.Update: 13/1/21 - phone was delivered unsolicited, with nothing stating who sender was (though 'HMD' in tiny writing on the label). Now on the chat with Nokia to arrange return of the phone. I have not been charged fortunately, but still could be apparently.Further update: I was charged for the phone having sent it back. This was refunded eventually, but the whole experience and logistics was far from what should be expected when buying a phone direct from a manufacturer.

Just back from our 3 week stay at Hedo 2 in Jamaica what a grate time we had well looked after, very safe and made to feel special, food was very good some of the best food we have ever had. Staff were very helpfull and knew what we wanted before we did. Even with all the extra testing and paper work so very happy we went and will defenetly be going back new managment and staff doing a grate job of looking after eveyone and keeping everyone safe Would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 or higher grate job keep it up

I used a free trial with them, and then forgot to cancel before the term ended, I was busy with other things and I wasn't using the images like I thought I would. I noticed a £22 payment had gone out so thought I best cancel as I was paying for nothing. I certainly wasn't going to gripe over that £22 because it was my own mistake, however, when I went to cancel the account I found they charged me ANOTHER £22 to cancel it. Honestly DISGUSTING. AVOID THESE ROBBERS - there are much more honest and reputable stock image companies out there that won't charge you to leave them if you decide it's not for you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

A huge thank you to the staff both at The Vyne Basingstoke and Polesden Lacey. When asking if we could use a wheelchair today at The Vyne, they could not have been more helpful or accommodating to our needs and at Polesden Lacey we were able to use the buggy vehicle to take us to the house and the very kind lady driver came back to look for us to take us back again. At both places, the staff were very helpful and kind which made our visits most enjoyable. Thank you

Very difficult to cancel the subscription. You have to chat live and the chat agents will use all the dirty tactics to avoid cancelling the subscription. They will ignore your requests, exit chats if you don't reply immediately while they may not reply for 10 minutes, etc. Predatory capitalism in action. It's a disgrace.

Needed to create basic dropbox account. Their page tricked me into making a business account. After deleting it, I can't create a basic account because the email is taken, and I can't login because I deleted the business account. I also can't contact support because I don't have a business account.

Terrible online experience and even worse customer service. I had a fraudulent transaction today where I received a Safekey email when I was not using my card, this means someone else is trying to use my card. So naturally I need to report this to American express as soon as possible. But the email from American Express does not have an option for me to click a button and report it. Instead, it asks me to call the number on the back of the card. So I called. After a 5 min wait, someone picked up the call, said hello and hung up after a few seconds. So I thought I will send a secure email. I logged into my account, drafted the detailed email and clicked send. I got America express server error and it asked me to contact server at administrator you_your.address. Does it even make any sense? Now I also lost the long message I typed. So I went back to the main page, logged in again and clicked on secure email again. This time it says my request could not be executed due to a technical error. What am I supposed to do now? Let the card be used fraudulently and loose my money. One of the worst experiences ever. I would recommend anyone and everyone not to use American Express.
