Review of duolingo
I had somewhere around 120 weeks in Diamond with approx 1007 day streak. Yesterday changed the time to end the week from the nomal 10PM US Eastern Time to 7PM Eastern time. The morning times were the normal times. As a result of their unannounced change I was shut out and was demoted. I contacted "customer service" gave them a screen shot, but as usual there was no reply from Duolingo customer service. As big a company as Duolingo is why don't they have a working customer service? I would give Duolingo a zero if I could as a cumulative score for my almost 3 years of wasted time.

I ordered Ebony Wood 100 ml womens perfume online, and received Tinted Leather mens perfume, thankfully my partner has it now, so I re-ordered the 100 ml Ebony Wood womens perfume. When the next package arrived it contained Wonder Rose perfume which isn't what I ordered. To my dismay it will cost me money to return the item which I never ordered in the first place, this can't be right surely.I can't begin to explain the frustrations at trying to get Customer Service help from Zara, all thats available is an AI 'person' who is worse than useless.Be prepared to be out of pocket if you have to return any items, even if its not your fault you have to return them.

Review of eBay
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from seller from_olha_to_you, and upon receipt, I discovered a nail embedded in the shoe, making it unwearable. I contacted the seller, but they ignored my message. When I attempted to initiate a return, the seller canceled it without any communication. This situation has prevented me from accessing eBay’s customer service or escalating the matter further, leaving me stuck with a defective product and no resolution. After leaving a truthful review, the seller responded dismissively, stating that “people will keep buying from them,” even adding a laughing emoji. This type of conduct undermines the trust that buyers place in eBay’s platform.I strongly urge you to investigate this seller and implement stricter monitoring to prevent them from continuing this behavior. eBay has a duty to protect its customers from dishonest sellers, and I hope my experience will prompt action to uphold the integrity of your marketplace.

Item Delivered and Signed, Yet eBay Is Holding My Funds”Review:I am a seller in Japan with an excellent track record. I shipped an item to the U.S. buyer via Japan Post EMS. USPS tracking clearly shows it was delivered on May 10, 2025, and signed for by the recipient “J. Solano.”I submitted the official USPS Proof of Delivery (with signature and address), yet eBay has ignored all of my messages. My payment of $289 is still on hold.I also contacted eBay Japan — no reply. Meanwhile, my account has been restricted. This experience has deeply shaken my trust in eBay. I hope eBay will resolve this quickly and fairly.

Review of Google
I am appalled by Google’s recent decision to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America” in their Maps app, following the executive order from Donald Trump. This action is not only factually incorrect but also reflects a disturbing alignment with divisive political agendas. The Gulf of Mexico has been recognized by its name for centuries, and altering it disregards historical and cultural significance. By going along with this executive order, Google undermines its credibility as a provider of accurate information. I find this move petty, nationalistic, and offensive. As a result, I will be deleting the Google Maps app and ceasing my use of all Google services, as it is clear they propagate such misinformation. I urge others to consider the implications of this change and to seek alternative platforms that respect historical accuracy and cultural heritage.
Review of Google
I’m a small business owner who uses Google Business. Unfortunately, I’ve received reviews from individuals who were never customers, including one from a former employee. These reviews have no connection to actual experiences at my business. I submitted evidence to Google to support this, but instead of a proper review or any counter-evidence, I received only an automated response stating that "you can learn from reviews." While that may be true, it only applies when the reviews are genuine and relevant. It feels like there’s no real accountability or human oversight just AI responses. If Google had genuinely reviewed the situation, they would have seen that one of the reviewers left the exact same review for another business, clearly indicating inauthentic behavior

Google charged my account three times incorrectly within two days. Trying to contact support is a pure test of patience: you get sent through deliberately convoluted, unclear menus only to end up with absolutely no real help.A multibillion-dollar company that still can’t provide a simple and transparent support structure is nothing short of embarrassing. A digital mountain of bureaucracy with zero actual assistance. Thanks for nothing.
