We've been using the colormag PRO theme from themegrill for 6 years. The themes are updated regularly and are compatible with gutenberg and page builders. The support is very reactive! I recommend investing in themes from themegrill and Zakra.

Impossible to talk to somebody about the finance arrangements. Placed an order paid the deposit but finance options are not what was presented on the website. Completely misleading and if we had known that would not have gone ahead. Spend 1.5 hours on hold and nobody answered the phone. Have requested a call back but not received one. Embarrassingly bad. I thought this was supposed to be a luxury product.

I tried to post a review on Pandora website only to be told that the review wasn't suitable. It certainly wasn't flattering but it was civil and non-abusive. They allow you to buy products which are not in stock and then refund you after the order is processed. It means you get a percentage of what you ask for instead of the full order, albeit with a refund, but that is no use when you are expecting the item as a gift. They should have a system in place where you can only order what is in stock. Really not difficult. Terrible service.

Call to tell them about my wireless headphones that I bout less than 4month at Best Buy and told them espesifictly what was wrong with it. The cable is so thing it ripped and the wires are showing barley used them at all,I didn't want to use them because I didn't want them to get more damage. So I called them and explained that my friend and I bought it the same day and his is in perfect condition and he use it every single day and I barley did. They told me to send it,ofcourse they ask me if it was damage if I could still use it and said yes but I don't want the wire to break and then it won't work at all. LG send it back to me with out the original box with out my receipt and wrote a note saying it was physical damage, are you even serious!! I spesify it was working but the cable broke and the wires are showing and don't want to it to break at all. I called them today and they keep saying the same thing (I already know) I have the note right. But what procee? Nothing once I send it once if it get damage internally it won't cover even tho am still in the warranty. Bad business hate the fact that I had bought cheaper headphones and never had this problem I buy expensive ones and this is what happens and LG don't respond for you at all.

Wayfair is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are inept and don’t care. I called immediately to let them know they had the wrong address to ship my products to. They said they couldn’t change it, even though I had put my new address in already. I put in a large order. Part of them are being prepared to ship, to the wrong address, and part are pending cancellation. They take care of nothing . Everything is just a request. How difficult is it to have a system in place to take care of that problem! I’m sure I’m not the only one to have this issue. How about using simple technology??? I am 68 years old and I have to have things shipped to a FedEx not even close to where I live. Some of it is furniture that I can’t lift or fit into my car. To say I’m frustrated, disappointed, angry and left in the lurch is an understatement of great proportions. They simply do not care. Never again!!!And please Wayfair don’t write that you’re sorry I had this experience. It’s obvious where you stand. Trust me, there is no happy dance. If they had negative stars you would have gotten a -10.

We booked a reservation for a stay and had 21000 points. The room price 186.00$ before we used points. When we checked out the bill said we owed 28$. I ask to make sure that was correct and the lady yes that was a points stay. So today I get a message from my bank telling me that 186.00$ was charged to my account. How can you take 21000 point and still charge 186.00$ . Sounds and looks like bad business practices. We will not be back.
