I really thing that the purpose of G2 is very useful. Thats why I dedicated some of my time to answer some questions. I personaly like to give some positives and negatives feedbacks to the softwares and tool that I use or have used. And the $10 reward helps even more haha. Follows Ofcoms corrupt unethical guidelines. Poor single mothers have gone to jail for not being able to pay the fines they received because they could afford to pay the TV licence! Has a record for employing sex offenders, Yet they claim to provide a public service!

Now reported to UK police with Crime reference number: NFRC250307262758 Worse if you return something faulty they make you pay the return postage but the item is returned to you as they give a fake UK address! This platform is not safe! You won't receive your items!

Tonight for instance with Uber it was $15 for a ride to Medford Lyft wanted $28 I'm sorry but that's absurd. They never give you rewards like they used to. A business that takes this amount of money from people world-wide that cannot provide a customer service phone line should not be allowed to be in business. They overcharged me, and see how long it takes you to find an email address to contact them?!?!? It's clearly done on purpose. The jump from free to a subscription is ridiculous. Very unprofessional company that needs a massive overhaul ! Governments need to get involved, that if there is no single phone number available to purchasing customers, then that company should be not allowed to operate.If they are not making enough money to provide that when charging so much, they should be taken to court for illegal practises. The amount of money they would be stealing because customer's cannot contact them would be outrageous !!!!! Everything is complicated and leads you up the garden path, except taking your money !!!

Such a lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also highly inconvenient for a customer who relies on their credit card for various financial transactions.What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I don't usually use the card for frequent transactions, but it was paid off and in good standing. However, I still expect a basic level of service and communication as a customer.When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the cancellation and to seek assistance in resolving the issue, I was met with a shocking level of apathy. The representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They provided no explanation for the cancellation and offered no concrete steps to rectify the situation. It was as though they couldn't be bothered to assist a long-standing customer who was left in the dark.This experience has left me feeling frustrated, inconvenienced, and undervalued as a customer. I expect a credit card company to prioritize communication, transparency, and customer support. Sadly, this company has failed on all fronts.I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this credit card company for their financial needs. I’ve been locked out of my TikTok account (@Xaiu77) for over 6 months because the Twitter login option was removed.I didn’t have an email or phone number linked to my account — Twitter was my only login method.I’ve contacted TikTok support multiple times, followed every instruction they gave me, and even sent them a video showing I cannot access my account.All I’ve received are automated replies, and my issue was never escalated to a real human agent.I also sent a direct email to feedback tiktok.com and still got no response.It’s extremely frustrating that TikTok would remove a login option without offering a solution for users who were depending on it.This is poor support, and I just want real help to recover my account.
