Podio has become an absolute Dinosaur of a platform. If you ever wish to cancel and EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID for another month, they delete your data the moment you click cancel. When you attempt to cancel they then won't cancel you unless you delete all NON-PAID users from the app to get to below 5 free users, before they will cancel your account. Then as you remove each of your clients, they send them an email notifying them of you removing your customers. What an absolutely crappy way to deal with businesses that have paid for many years to use their services. It is a slap in the face on the way out the door.
This pos company not only scammed us for ever than cost tons of money to setup and now they erased our years of stuff over a payment they didn't get because our account wasn't working correctly they said they go to free account which will erase everything the 3rd world cust service agent didn't care and even took a payment saying they will fix it. This is why CEOs are getting karma to them I spend 10k to build it plus 30 a month per user and got f by them I over usa bs companies I hope this company goes under and now!
save your data before reverting to free version or cancelling your plan. they do not give you access until the end of the billing cycle. they will shut you down seconds after forcing you to pay again for access. classic lazy business pulling a bait and switch. only use their free version. paying is a horrible decision
My experience transitioned from enthusiasm to disillusionment. For a considerable period, it effectively helped us manage the company's workflows, but over time, it became obsolete and now is both outdated and costly. Furthermore, the quality of customer service has been profoundly disappointing.
By far it’s one of the most versatile crms I have ever worked with. This comes with its pros and cons. If you are a maker and like to customize things, then this is the product for you. However, because of this same reason, it can be a pain to set everything up since you basically have to build and program a lot of the functionalities
I was a paying customer for 12 years, even before it was acquired by Citrix. Two weeks ago Podio decided to close my account, without any kind of notification or message, according to them requested by me although they have no proof or log that I requested it.The support is HORRIBLE, one of the worst I have ever seen.Stay away from this company.
