This is a dishonest company that deserves 0 stars.Like many others, I fell into a free subscription trial trap. What they don't tell you is:• they won't tell you when the subscription is up, nor do they tell you automatic continuation will happen, and, if you choose "Rechnung" (Bill) when signing up, the ridiculous fees add up. Their fees per week vary wildly, some offer a free trial, others offer $1 per week for 4 weeks, then €5.60 or another fee, per week, then somehow, even though it's only 3 months, I got a bill for over €250!• when you continue, unwittingly, to subscribe, you keep getting charged for it• the subscription is too easy to sign up for, but very hard to cancel! Signing up does not require anything other than your name, an email address, physical address and doesn't even require you to click on a link to confirm your subscription! Therefore it is super easy to sign anyone up without them knowing or permission, and ultimately they may be required to pay! I just successfully signed up 2 Der Zeit staff to their own free trial for 4 weeks, one with their own email address and the other with a disposable email address and it didn't require confirmation. This probably goes against German GDPR rules!• I was charged over €250 for a crappy online newsletter for less than 3 months - the most expensive newspaper ever or what! When I complained, they instantly reduced the fee to about €150 and offered me to pay in installments. No thanks, I refuse to pay a cent.• got another letter demanding payment PLUS extra to cover their debt collection efforts.• If you want to raise a dispute, check their Impressum, they say they are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution so they have covered all their asses: they will trick you to get in then deny all responsibility afterwards:(Translated to English:)"According to § 36 VSBG we would like to point out that we are not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board."STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you already are a victim, we should band together and refuse to pay them! Sign up their own staff and see how they like it when they notice the misleading ease of signing up but difficulty in cancelling!
Review of rankmath
Horrendous technical support and product support since the launch of AI and Credit. Since the new launch of AI. Even though subscriptions are active, they keep disabling and do not allow us to use the service we pay for. We paid for AI and Pro separately. Today is the 2nd day, and we still don't have a solution to the problem. It appears that Rankmath doesn't even have enough workforce to support it. Third-class support. After three days, the Engineer said that because we had too much traffic, the server could not cope with the load and that we should change our IP or get a refund. The graph engineer sent had 32% less traffic than in the last 30 days, and he seems to think it is because of a server Issue.( Site has been working fine until this month renewal )We logged another case. I logged the same fault, and the engineer managed to fix it. I am finding it difficult to understand if you have enough competent engineers who do not mislead customers and who provide them with appropriate support. We need to feel confident in the expertise and honesty of your team.We have worked in Servers for the past 25 years, and we know when Server infrastructure needs an upgrade. We believe it's time for Rank Math to consider upgrading its infrastructure, a move that would benefit both the company and its customers. The issue is currently resolved on the 3rd day and has been done by another engineer. I have changed 1 star to 3 but am not happy with the time it has taken to resolve the issue. A Website has been working for years and will not suddenly have more traffic and different IP

Review of lg
I purchased a refrigerator from LG, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. They attempted to deliver the fridge twice, but both times it arrived dented. After the second failed delivery, they informed me that they couldn’t issue a third replacement and would process a refund instead. That was on January 4, 2025.It’s now January 17, 2025, and LG has yet to process my refund. Their excuse? The delivery company they chose (RXO) hasn’t returned the item to their warehouse. When I contacted RXO, they said it’s LG’s responsibility to pick up the item from their warehouse. Meanwhile, every time I call LG customer service, I’m told my case is with their “presidential liaison,” but no updates have been provided. To make matters worse, there is never a supervisor available to speak with, regardless of the time of day. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. In the meantime, I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot, which was delivered and installed seamlessly with zero issues. LG’s inability to issue a simple refund is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid LG at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Review of bp
I would like to commend the staff at the BP garage at Perry Road Chislehurst, Kent. I broke down with a flat tyre there yesterday the 2nd of August. I was there for a few hours till towed away. The young lady and Gentleman in charge there were extremely Professional, curteous and efficient. Excellent in today’s normal lack of any kind of customer service! Thank you.
Review of backblaze
The free 10GB uploaded quickly but once I signed up and trying up upload more data (around 1TB total) the process became ever slower, until it was only managing to upload about 1GB per hour. At that point I terminated the upload, deleted my data and cancelled my account. From other reviews here it seems like a lucky escape!
Review of activecampaign
Active campaign has lots of potential to be a great tool. Unfortunately, there are so many bugs and so many things that slow down processes. Sometimes it takes the system one hour to send the verification code to login. You can't change a billing admin unless you get in touch with them and then they make a ticket, they can't tell you how fast that will go, and they can't add a 2nd person in the communication chain either for some reason. Also, the email system is often reported as spam. AC is also built with a developer's way of working in mind, not a salesperson or a marketer.

Review of fool
If you have no stock picking skills (like me) Motley Fool is great because they have a range of services for everyone. They have allocation tools that take the guess work out if you have no idea where to start. The most important thing to know is they are NOT trying to time the market. Follow their guidance about buy and hold at least 25 stocks for 5 years and you’ll do well. And that 20% of your stocks will likely produce 80% of your returns. Every stock will not be a winner. Some will be real dogs, some will be unbelievable in gains. There is a constant barrage of market forces that no one can predict. But if you buy and hold good companies that MF recommends, you will prevail through the rough spots. And there will be rough spots. They provide tomes of information, they cover the pros and cons, you can chat with other subscribers and with the MF analysts. There’s as much or as little help as you want and they have something for every risk tolerance, and every level of experience. If you want DIY investing, Motley Fool is for you.
