Avoid at all costs. There are way better companies to use for buying and selling crypto. (Binance and Revolut). I am currently trying to withdraw my funds and I went through the steps to do this over two weeks ago. I sent money to OpenPayd and made the deposit. I should be able to withdraw after 5 days and nothing has happened for me and I have been given no help. This is my hard earned money and these scammers show no care. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealth with in my life. I contacted them over 9 days ago and have not revert a single response.

Don't go with this option. SurveyMonkey has an opaque and inflexible pricing model that doesn't cater well to the needs of basic customers. What makes it worse is that it isn't transparent up front, so it isn't until you've gone to the effort of making your survey that you realise it will cost you a bunch of money to actually use the survey. The interface is generally patronising and manipulative.I think also the UX isn't very good for the survey-taker.

Absolutely unacceptable delivery experience — avoid at all costs.If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a large item on Wayfair, and the delivery experience has been nothing short of appalling.From the start, the delivery team was completely unprepared, despite being fully informed ahead of time that the item was heavy, required navigating a flight of stairs, and needed protective shoe covers to avoid damaging our carpets and floors. The first team (2 people) showed up and immediately said they couldn’t do the job—it was too heavy and they needed a third person. Fine. We rescheduled for June 3rd. Then the delivery company unilaterally rescheduled to June 6th.And what happens? Same disaster all over again.A two-person team shows up again, without any of the required equipment or preparation. No booties for their shoes. When we offered them our own to protect our floors, they refused. They had no workaround, no solution—just stood there shrugging, completely unwilling to engage constructively.When we asked them to take the item back since they were unable or unwilling to deliver it properly, they refused to leave the property. They became belligerent, rude, and threatening, escalating the situation to the point that we had to inform them we were calling the police before they finally left.Wayfair’s delivery coordination has been an absolute failure from beginning to end. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. If you care about your home, safety, or sanity, think twice before ordering anything large or requiring in-home delivery from Wayfair.

Literally the worst. Emails end up in spam. Customer support is abysmal. Can’t update your billing info. Just RUN from this email service. Id rather use a cheese grater on my face than use this service. Website is awful with limited functionality. Emails are ugly. Managing customer segments is a nightmare.

Although I ended up having to purchase my Kobo Libra Colour from Amazon, I am absolutely in love with my Kobo! Coming from Kindle the Kobo is an absolute game changer. The screen is good and the battery life is phenomenal! Customer service was quick and very helpful when it came to the fees that UPS charged for the delivery. They were also very quick with the refund when I had to return to sender because of the fees. If you're on the fence, get the Kobo! If you are purchasing in America I would suggest purchasing through Amazon.
