Trying to get this service to work is impossible. And why would I want to talk to anybody who uses a horrible service?! Post picture and then it disappears?! What a waste of time! Back in the day, we did not have SnapChat. We had Numbers Stations. Use them instead if you want to communicate in secret. -_-

Namecheap Poor At Hosting

This company for hosting is very bad. Name cheap hosting has not met my expectations. Every email interaction requires a PIN and username, which further delays the resolution process. For example, I requested assistance with DNS routing and received a response asking for my PIN and username. After providing the requested information, several hours later I was asked to confirm whether certain steps had been completed. Following my confirmation, it took a few more hours before I received a link to check and verify. Despite this, my issue remained unresolved by the end of the day.Another instance involved DNS propagation. I asked them to verify if it was pointing to my site. Initially, they confirmed everything was fine. When I requested a double-check, it took them an entire day to respond with a user guide instead of addressing the issue directly. The service is incredibly slow, and I question their knowledge and expertise.When purchasing hosting, I opted for a package that included a free domain and paid for premium DNS. Despite paying £44, I only received a refund of £30. They charged me for the domain, which was supposed to be free, and for the premium DNS because it took me more than a week to decide to cancel. If their customer service had been more efficient, I wouldn't have taken so long to make the decision.In my experience, Namecheap is only good for domain names and nothing else. I am currently seeking alternatives to replace them due to their slow customer support and lack of knowledge. If anyone knows of any reliable and affordable domain name companies, please share.If you're a business user like myself and time is important, look elsewhere. You won't go far with this company. During my conversation with their live chat support, I was assured that all 10 of my websites could be transferred. However, after purchasing the package, I was informed that only 3 websites could be transferred, and the process would take 2 weeks. This discrepancy is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on their service, particularly for a business owner. I feel misled and have experienced incompetence throughout the entire process. I wish I had've seen this reviews before I purchased. I'm working from home so needed a wireless keyboard and mouse. Logitech are a named brand and had a set of the two that was advertised as a set and could connect via USB. My work laptop security is set up by my organisation so Bluetooth won't work. The keyboard and mouse has come today and the mouse is USB but the keyboard isn't. There isn't anywhere to facilitate a return online, the people on the live chat have refused to transfer me to anyone who can facilitate a return and they've now raised a ticket...? It looks like they've removed, or have never had, the ability to create a return through their website as this seems to be a common issue from other reviews. I was a first time customer and will not be purchasing again. If I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours through their "Ticket" I'll be raising a charge back with my bank and the keyboard and mouse will be binned. £60 for something I can't even use. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Useful when making a larger purchase but don't expect support like a credit card company. My furniture fell apart before I had made my second instalment. The retailer is being difficult and Klarna have not been much use either.

Have updated the itv This morning app weeks ago and from the day it was updated I have been unable to get into it like many many others I have sent itv customer services Many messages with no response from them which I think is disgusting still cannot get into app therefore cannot enter any of their competitions and they will be the losers as I am sceptical if anyone really wins.

This website is a serious scam

This website is a serious scam. They lure you to buy subscriptions with "credits" without making it clear what the credits are used for and how much each functionality costs you in credits. Within just one use of half an hour I spent 7,000 credits! So you can imagine how fair the system is.

EBay is trash woth their fees

EBay is trash woth their fees. They take a fee on money that is going to be paid to you, so they double dip and keep more money than they should. If a buyer pays for shipping, that amount shouldnt be part of the fee calculation - but it is. So they get a higher percentage take cut of your money on the front end - then they pull the shipping fee from the money due to you as a seller. Someone needs to compete with EBay so they can quit getting away with this...

outdated product, China dog toys, over charged taxes

The dog food was stale, the dog toys didn't last 24 hours and THEN I find out on my receipt the store in zip code 36619 is charging customers 10% tax rate when our tax here is 8% since we are outside of the city limits. WHAT are they doing with all the extra money on tax collections they don't have to pay in their zip code 36619. Crooks. Amazon charges 8% so there is no excuse for this. I will have my items delivered free with Amazon at an 8% tax rate.

Some time ago

Some time ago, Telstra upgraded my mother's account to include an internet service and billed her accordingly. My mother has never owned a computer, is blind and Telstra should have noticed her landline was rarely used. Today, after a long time talking to a call-centre agent (very nice and helpful) about why the email re upgrading her mobile phone plan when she can't even use it, was told that she wasn't eligible for the upgrade anyway. Ridiculous, frustrating and greedy company.And now a credit to an account that was discontinued over a year ago has been offered. Hmm. I think various departments are not in sync.

A problem with internet connection. Called Telstra and spoke to Krishna on the phone re INC No. 18420919.Call was answered immediately. You have wrongly addressed my package. You didn’t use my full given address and my package ended up in a different part of the city at random people… I know you print what you have from check out data, but this time, you have printed not entire address. My home address is a street with 38 B, and you printed only street with 38 (leaving "B" behind) and it is a totally different address.

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough since Sarah has taken over.The staff are friendly and it is a very relaxed atmosphere.I have been to many salons over the years both locally and in London - this is by far the best.Sarah has transformed my hair. I had dark brunette hair and I hated the regrowth. Sarah's expertise, professionalism and passion for colour has meant that I no longer worry about the regrowth. My hair looks natural and is in such good condition.Sarah is fabulous at cutting. I like my hair to look good, but with little effort! It is now so easy to maintain each day - I just brush it when I get up, as the cut is perfect - no more straightners, products every day.Sarah had suggested that instead of going every 4/5 weeks, which I have done for years, that I should go every 12 weeks. This means that over the year it works out much cheaper for me, for a significantly better service than anywhere else I have ever been.The keratin blow dry is also worth the money, my hair is in such good condition now.
