I viewed Back yard tours featuring Camperdown on Thursday 17 th January 2025. The documentary portrayed a very limited insight into the true feel of Camperdown. No mention of many historical mansions on acreages, famous architect McCabe designed historical buildings, stone wall fences, botanical gardens, mount Leura & mount sugarloaf significance, the number of olympians from Camperdown in equestrian, bike riding, athletics, the place of western star butter, famous nursery that exported world wide, big family names who founded and built the strong Camperdown community as it stands today. The program was very disjointed. I don’t feel the journalist did her homework at all. Very poor.

Customer service based out of Philippines. Many times there's an English barrier, and always a lack of knowledge and understanding in the issues that I had. I tried to like paypal many times but too many obstacles to hurdle. I will never use them again

They dropped seller fees, making it look like they’re doing sellers a favor but this has had the complete opposite effect. Someone has to pay those fees, so they’ve added them to the buyers transactions making the item more expensive. They also changed their return policy, allowing returns for ANY reason. Sellers are getting scammed because these buyers are sending back incorrect items or broken trash. Sellers and buyers beware!! Close account immediately!

Discogs is not really a marketplace so the customer service is severely lacking. Discogs seems to support large sellers to the detriment of the majority of people. Negative feedbacks are regularly scrubbed to to prop up the large sellers.The inability to post pictures of the items you want to sell is embarrassing. Discogs is where you do your research,buying from them is a crap shoot.

No service from the call center or the Belgian managment orthe Customer Service & Support (US).Microsoft closed our account and we had to fill 15 times the same form to get the account back open.No one at Microsoft gave any help.And now the American Customer Department wan't give any compensation for their lack of service.Sad story.

I can't seem to get into my zoom account. They is NO user friendly nor efficient way to get customer support. I was trying through the "chat" option for over an hour only to still be shut out with only the promise of a submitted "ticket" to help with my problem. I was not permitted to speak with a real person and the efforts to resolve this were awkward and inefficient. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be looking for a new way moving forward.

I want to give half, or they deserve 0 stars, not even 1. They are the rudest customer service representatives and are not helpful with returns at all. I mistakenly passed the return date, and the products are untouched and with tags, even though they only suggested the wrong size. I requested to return past the return date, but they said no return, no exchange, nothing. That means you are just stuck with their wrong-size products. Unbelievable, Zara. Your reviews online explain your customer service. It was such a painful and bad experience. NEVER buy again from ZARA.
