I was an avid Fox News watcher. I love Tucker and Hannity. Unfortunately, I’m done with the network. The owner’s liberal bias is showing through. I deleted the Fox News apps. I cancelled cable (Fox News was the only reason I paid for the crap service). You turned on Trump.... I now turn on you. Bye, bye, Fox News. Hello Newsmax.

Review of Etsy

Card was late - no apology, no refund, no-one interested

I ordered a personalised birthday card on 2/12. The estimated delivery dates were 7-11/12. I needed the card for the 12/12 so thought that would be ok. The card was delivered on 14/12. I contacted the seller and was told in no uncertain terms that the estimated delivery dates that Etsy provided were too optimistic and if I had an issue, I should speak to Royal Mail and Etsy. Etsy aren't interested in late deliveries - there is no mechanic for raising this issue with them. Royal Mail are 'looking into' my complaint but of course the damage is done. Luckily it's only a small amount of money wasted but after the combination of the seller's response, Etsy's closed door on this issue and Royal Mail's poor history of delivering anything on time, I'll just avoid using them again.Update as at 20/12/24 - Royal Mail's version of events is ....... "Thank you for contacting Royal Mail. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, our record shows that item was accepted in network on 12/12/2024. It was then delivered on 13/12/2024."Difficult to know who to believe - the seller or Royal Mail - either way I shan't be going back.

Non-Existent Support - Company Refuses to Fix Bugs they Create

I was a happy, paying subscriber for years. Their developer recently rolled out an update that broke certain app features for me and also slowed down app performance significantly. I followed all their troubleshooting steps (none of which worked) and ended up opening a ticket. A month later it's still not functioning and I was told by customer service that it wasn't a priority for them and that they hadn't been working on it and wouldn't be working on it. They offered to cancel my subscription instead of actively working on my trouble ticket. It doesn't seem like a sound business model and is a very poor way of treating a long-time paying customer who simply wants the app to function correctly.

I asked for my flight to be changed and…

I asked for my flight to be changed and after an hour of chatting with them they did. I later found out that they used 58,100 miles to change my flight even though my original flight was only 16,100. Before starting the chat, I asked what the stipulations were and if they were going to charge for it and they guy never responded to my question nor did he let me know he was charging that many miles to change my flight. This is unacceptable and very upsetting. Their customer service is terrible!

The site is difficult to use, sends “hints” that I cannot use and is unclear how to connect family members. Plus every hint or piece of information offered comes with an offer to purchase a monthly membership in order to view the information. There is very little useful information divulged that does not require a fee. I thought this information was included in the fee i paid for the dna test. This a scam to entice users to keep paying extra

Review of Microsoft

The original Xbox and the NEW and Improved Series X- Xbox have the very same issues, It's never been

I purchased the original Xbox from Microsoft years ago but it was flawed with issues, It kept Freezing up and Crashing on me, Microsoft kept delaying the support so I was never able to have a working Xbox . It spent most of its time in travel to and from Support of which it was never correctly fixed. I gave that one away to a Nephew. Next I purchased the Xbox 360 when they came out thinking that issue would be fixed with the new and Improved Xbox 360. To my amazement,the New and Improved Xbox 360 did te very same thing as the old one, It kept crashing with different games and freezing up. I was told a wide variety of issues could be causing it like the games I was playing were Corrupt etc. I thought to myself, I'm done with Microsoft at that point so I gave that Console away and purchased a PlayStation . Oh Wow, I had the same issues with PlayStation as what I experienced with Xbox. It kept heating up even with a cooling fan I purchased. Why, Why, Why do I keep getting these Faulty Consoles. After a few years, I got tired of that console and Microsoft Now was coming out with the very fast version of their Xbox series X, so surely I thought they had fixed the issues that Plagued it for years. Some people never learn so I once again purchased another Microsoft Xbox, Now I am feeling so stupid and ashamed to have fallen for their tricks one more and again. Nothing is new with this new Xbox series X other than it loads faster after Crashing and or Freezing up. I am so sick of these companies Stealing our Money and not fixing the issues that have Plagued it for YEARS! That says everything right there but a fool is born every minute they say and I guess I am proof in the pudding because I haven't learned my lesson yet, I have to admit, I love playing video games when they actually work right, I would NOT, Let me repeat, I would NOT ever recommend anyone to ever purchase anything from Microsoft . They are deceitful and only are out to dig deeper into your wallet. Take it from this fool.They have gotten Thousands of my dollars and have yet to fix their equipment so it will play correctly! I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which took me nowhere, Microsoft's answer to the complaint was someone would be getting in touch with me and investigate the issues I was having but no one ever did, The BBB contacted me and told me that Microsoft replied to them to close the case. They wouldn't mind the Negative review which would last for 3 years under their name so the BBB closed the case. They said they had nothing else they could do but to say the negative review would stay under their name for the next 3 years. Now I am yet stuck with another piece of Crap from Microsoft that freezes up and crashes continuously. Some games won't even play on this peace of Crap. my advice to anyone who wants to purchase anything from Microsoft is " STAY CLEAR OR FACE THE HEAD ACHES / ARGUMENTS BEWILDERMENT AND FRUSTRATIONS! = You have been warned! Even a support tech from XBOX told me on the phone to get an attorney,I would need it. PS If anyone knows of a Good Cooperate attorney in my area, I would appreciate the information. Thank you, I'm tired of fighting these people . I think they count on that ! My Xbox sits on the shelf unable to play some games to this date. It's left me weak and tired. Help!

GoG is a great platform

GoG is a great platform. It doesn't have as many feature as Steam, but makes up for it with it's DRM free approach.The launcher is great and using community integrations I launch all of my games from there. The Heroic Launcher is a great way to use the GoG storefront on Steam Deck.There are frequent deals and good prices. The client manages updates well and offers offline downloaders at different patch levels for games.Excellent platform I hope to see live on for as long as I'm gaming.

Review of duolingo

Bad learning experience, no customer service

The gamification of Duolingo only incentives gaming, not actual language learning. The lack of grammatical and deeper explanations of patterns makes the learning experience even worse. Also, I want to delete my account and face technical issues. Impossible to reach customer service. I keep getting automated bot messages with FAQs regarding cancellation.

STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Purchased an All In One for Zoom meetings and work. 3 weeks later got the dreaded "Blue Screen Of Death" during a windows 10 update.Did the prompted fixes to no avail so was advised by customer service to send the unit to TX for repair on 5-29-20. Unit arrived June 2. I have made so many calls that I have lost count. Repair status vis website was not undated for 3 weeks and still just shows that they have received but NOTHING else.Each time I call I am told "I will send this to supervisor and you will get an email or some say an actual call. Neither happens, of course. They are holding me hostage as I cannot work from home, Horrible, untruthful customer service reps. So.... disappointed. Be aware, if your product defaults you too will be in the vortex of Lenovo's repair nightmare

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE! Support is non-existent, you have to email someone hoping they get back to you within 24 hours (the shortest time period of response)- and when they do they send me links to the 'self help' pages that I have already looked at. I have opened 11 tickets within the last two months and not one has been sufficiently resolved.The features they sell as benefits to subscribers do not work they way they should. For instance - I sent some test emails to myself, and before I had even opened my test email I got 3 notifications to say that I had opened the email - so when you're contacted a lead that you think has opened your email several times - there is no guarantee!When you send an email to a contact directly from HubSpot - the receiving server cannot verify that it's actually sent from your email address - I also established this from testing myself. This means that half of the emils did not reach their destination due to security - if you do go through the recipient server - in all likelihood you're going straight to spam - as confirmed by my clients.So - send an external mail shot? No no no. As I've been informed this morning by 'support' Hubspot is not compatible with external mail merge applications so don't even try. So - pay for this service and it's 'benefits' and you'll find yourself short changed.
