Greg was such an amazing employee. He was very educated and was more than happy to share his wealth of knowledge and experience.He helped replace anything I was having issues with.I would give the company a 10/10 as far as overall experience. I would also like to mention that the fact that you have such a great employee please make sure to keep him around and take good care of him. Us musicians need to all have each other‘s backs. And of course, because he just was overall amazing in general.

I’m very disappointed after being with Go Daddy for over 5 years I was told I needed to buy a Microsoft 360 package in order to carry on using Word which I later found I never needed . Wasted time on a call to get a refund , very disappointed

Will never buy direct from HP again. Bought daughters computer (Christmas present) November 11th - put away for Christmas. Unwrapped and we were all in tears, she was ECSTATIC. Made our day. However... We set it up boxing day, she's playing roblox and the screen keeps going black every 30 seconds or so. Figure graphic card needs updating or the like, so clicked "update all" where prompted. Screen turned black with corrupted line of text across the top. Tried C-prompt, reset, nothing worked. Computer now turning itself off after a couple of minutes being on...Called HP, woman with limited script tells us we need to delete and reinstall windows, which she offers to take us through - provided we have a 16gb flash stick handy. We don't, so she tells us to go out and buy one! By this point I'm not convinced this is a windows issue, so ask for replacement because this looks hardware related (turning itself off etc) - want a machine that at the VERY LEAST works it's best from day one.Because ordered over 30 days ago, (although realised it was a Christmas present) there is nothing they can do. Yes, they accept it is faulty, yes, they have used my mobile phone to check the screen via camera and can literally SEE there's a problem, but 30 days tough luck.I quote their OWN WEBSITE based on the Consumer Goods Act stating faults dealt with up to 6mths with refund/exchange (ie, onus on them to prove item NOT faulty when delivered, after 6 months I have to prove) and we go round and round "you had 30 days to change your mind" at which point, I'm pulling hair out (and have been on call for 1.5hrs)A supervisor takes over and claims the same thing. No one else we can speak to, recognises that according to the terms on the website we have done everything correctly, but someone else needs to authorise the replacement - and they'll be in touch within 24-48hrs. That was 5 days ago.Absolute con. Do not use.

Seriously annoying. The enlarged view option in the text is TERRIBLE. Why can’t you just enlarge the caption to the whole page instead of making it half the page where you can’t even see all of the text, or just make it viewable on the page without having to click into it. And it really sucks that it doesn’t actually book mark anything.

I can't believe they would rate a game based on their opinion of Rowling and not of the actual game. She doesn't even have a voice in the story of the game. So far the game is packed with lore and the gameplay itself is fun especially the battling aspect. I'd always wondered what a wizard fight would be like if they have a chance to use combos. Their reviews are not to be trusted.

This was my wife & I 12 th cruise .We are diamond & very disappointed on Anthem Jan 11 -Jan 24.The shows are not what they once were.The food quality is average at best.Several times had to order something else.The wait staff was superb,Thomas are waiter ,& Rani did a great job.The room steward was so so.Thinking of jumping ship.On this cruise we would give them a 1 rating.

The Pandora website refused to post this reviewNo charms received after two weeks of buying. I keep going back and forth with CS but no help.They keep promising and failing.I feel like a total id**t investing in a bracelet now.I find it dishonest that they moderate their review, this means they are selective of the reviews they allow on the site.I have been looking forward to my charms as I recently got the bracelet as a present( you will agree that wearing the bracelet without charms is not very “nice”). I ordered two charms as my first and I received one charm which was not the charm I ordered at all. Spoke to customer service and assured me that my original charms will be with me between 3-5 days, Its been 7 days and according to the tracking the charms haven't been sent out yet. I then contacted them again after day 7 to find out where my items are and they have said it will be with me in another 3-5 days- this is day 2 and no email confirmation at all.Its been a total of 2 weeks since I ordered my items and I still haven't received them

Had an excellent experience with the customer service team at Pandora in Dublin! Was sent the wrong item in error was worried as it was a Christmas gift so wanted to ensure I would have it in time! Rang the number on the Irish website and got talking to Lauren and she was just super, very apologetic (when no need to be these things happen!) said she would pack my order herself and it was sent out the very next day with a lovely note and a free gift box! Thank you Lauren!!
