I only had the account opened for a week. I only did a couple of transactions whilst on holiday and the transaction has been on hold since.I am suffering from severe anxiety and informed them a while back. They promised to priorities my case because my condition.My husband is blaming me for the situation we are in as he did not agree to transfer the money to kraken to purchase the stuff we needed whilst in Turkey. He said these people are not banks how can you trust them with our money.Nevertheless, we are here and after about 40 emails sent and received I asked them to close my account and let me have access to the money that we desperately need.All we hear is that we have to wait patiently whilst the account is under review.We only had the account for a week and only couple of transactions, there is nothing much to review for goodness sake. Why cant you release the withdrawal and I would never use their app again?I wish I looked at trust pilot reviews before signing up with them. What a pity!!!If they are not happy with a customer or how they perform, they can terminate their services and let them have their funds. Why they hold their money for such a long time unless they are using the money for their own benefit.I need to access my money that you have hold unlawfully and for you close my account.Ticket #16770051

I love that Keap has a great dashboard where I can see all of my clients and prospects in one place and see if they have paid an invoice, have a task I need to complete, have an appointment scheduled, and I can automate my business pipeline. This software makes me look more professional with appointment scheduling, invoicing, and streamlined client communication.

Material in theme we’re not efficient and high pixel and we’re blurry. Fourth they don’t refund you back. I don’t need the theme anymore I want my charge back!!!

UPDATE 6/11/2025: since posting this first notice here is what is happening. . . NOTHING!!! they insist that i need to contact my bank to get it resolved. . . BIG UPDATE: the bank has sent the notice to them TWICE and i have sent it to them TWICE. they still say it is not resolved and under review. their review department states that they are in contact with my bank, but (SURPRISE!!) they have not heard anything from PayPal. either they have people who do not know how to close these problems, or they are scam artists and want the client to pay, even if the dispute has been resolved in the client's favor. 6/3/2025: (background info) i used them to look at a price for something online. the company did NOT confirm the order but sent it anyway. i contacted my bank card company and they got the amount FULLY refunded, but the order company sent a backcharge for shipping & handling. my bank card company got THAT resolved as well. PayPal *insists* that i owe this money to them. my bank & i have notified them of the resolution in my favor of the $15.90. any time i contact them that they should remove this, they tell me i have to pay in order to remove the negative balance. this is a deceitful company.

I have been using the paid plan for many years and was very happy with it and then in September 2024 the service began to experience multiple issues, files not sending, transfers failing and multiple reports to a terrible customer service. I have now in April 2025 started to have multiple issues and will search for an alternative. Maybe Bending Spoons laying off 70% of the workforce was a terrible idea. A lesson in how to destroy a wonderful product in the search for profit. And the pricing plans are a joke.

Shocking experience! Paid for my item today where the security alarm went off as we left. We walked back & the security guard made us look like thieves when we blatantly had a receipt in our bag. He scrunched up my cardigan to look for excess item & had no common sense to check that there was a valid receipt. We were later escorted to the till & had to explain ourselves on how we paid! Turns out the self checking till recognised a different item that was the same price. They had to refund & charged me twice for one bag! We had to ask for an apology before we got one! The sheepish security guard did not even have the guts to make eye contact with us when we left, after the humiliating scene he caused!

Freshdesk has been an amazing asset in our department. We utilize Freshdesk in a K-12 educational setting. It allows our students and teachers to submit technology-based tickets and then those tickets are assigned to specific technicians based on location. We are able to communicate effectively with students and teachers and provide superior customer service. As the Director of Technology, I am also able to run reports on tickets assigned to my technicians. That is a huge asset when having quarterly reviews with my staff.

I had a great experience with Ferro Hardscapes putting in a patio with a firepit. I wrote a review about them but I spelt ththier name wrong. They started everyday at 8am & worked to stay on schedule. They do a full concrete base & put the pavers on top. Marco gave me great guidance throughout the project & the workmen were very professional. I would have them back to for future projects.
