DO NOT USE this Companies Products! I work in a small company. We had a sales person call us and convince us to give their product a try for a year. We used the product and it worked. We did feel it was over priced for what it did though. The software was set to renew and at 9:00 pm the last night of renewal we received an email from a different sales rep stating that our price was to increase 65% for the year. Within 3 minutes we responded back and said this will not work for us. Way too expensive. Over the next month we sent multiple emails to the new rep stating that the price was too expensive for us. Finally after the month we had a phone call with them. Again, said it would not work and we wanted to cancel. Because of HIS delay in responding back we were past the 30 day cancellation window. To make a long story short over the next six months we filled out multiple forms with accounting, customer service and spent hours on the phone explaining and sending email trails showing the process we had gone through to cancel. Each phone call we were told it "shouldn't" be a problem. I thought is was finally complete when we received a statement from the accounting department with a "0" balance. Whew. Almost immediately we found out they had turned us over to a brutal collection agency. After discussing with our legal counsel we paid for a full year of service which we did not use and had no plans to use it. He said we would spend more fighting in court. They are a fraudulent and dishonest company. I feel they work in conjunction with the legal team to take advantage of customer. RUN AWAY QUICK and spread the word to avoid this company.

Anees has been so helpful throughout our training. He walked me through everything I needed to know and was patient with all of my questions. He was extremely responsive and made sure that I thoroughly understood everything before we launched our studio. He has followed up and made sure things continue to run smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about his patience, kindness, and help throughout this process. It made everything so much easier. Thank you, Anees!!!!

Review of homeadvisor
Signed up for Home Advisor. A company that claimed to be "Expert Home Builders" called with all of our personal info. When they called their number was hidden and reflected the last number that had called my home. A new scam? Asked about title of our home. Then gave me a fake number of 1-855-290-9939 as contact. Wanted to come bid on the project I listed I needed on Home Advisor. The guy talking to me who got my info from Home Advisor sounded like he was in a call center, not an office where someone provides a trustworthy service through an allegedly trustworthy site. Later, I call the number. They don't answer identifying WHO they are. When you ask you're told, "Can you hold please." When you push for an answer it's "We're Home Builders Group." Oh, okay, so you're not "Expert Home Builders," I say. "Is that correct?" "You're another name". Wonderful. Nice to know. FYI: Original caller gave name of Alex, but no more. When I called Home Advisor complaint and customer service to inform them this odd person who got personal info from THEIR site didn't seem legit, they sent me in circles of confusion. Bouncing me around to other people. Disconnecting me twice. (That must be a strategy they use to discourage the complaint.) No concern at all that my personal info was misused from their site. Home Advisor customer service was clueless. Blamed it on "system issues." Absurd, right? Then was transferred to a complaint department who couldn't find the "Expert Home Builder's" contact in their system and thought it "maybe was a contractor that never had an account but had another account." You think? How about you know who has access to people's info who sign up on your site, okay? What in the world is going on here with Home Advisor. My advice is NEVER SIGN UP WITH HOME ADVISOR. They can't even protect your personal info and assure that some criminal scamster isn't going to take your info and show up to your home.

Review of activecampaign
I've been with Activecampaign for almost a year. I signed up for the 5K contacts marketing program. I have been able to collect 1K of contacts, so far. The conversions on google aren't matching. They show more. Also, the process of sending emails is very hard to understand.

Review of mailchimp
A warning to all. I made a big mistake using an image off the internet without checking rights. As a result I had to pay a fine to Copytrack - a particularly aggressive company who will pursue you relentlessly. I deleted the said image from the files on Mailchimp but I am now being hounded by Copytrack to pay €420 because the file still resides on a Mailchimp server and I can't get them to delete it.

Review of expedia
I paid for insurance via Expedia, but they failed to deliver — now I risk being charged again.I’m now just days away from traveling to Costa Rica with my wife and two daughters, and Europcar — the rental agency — has confirmed in writing that they do not recognize the insurance, because Expedia failed to include it in the reservation.I spent hours speaking with Expedia support, provided screenshots, receipts, policy numbers, and even contact info for Europcar, who is waiting for Expedia to call. Their response? "Please call the insurer." — an external provider who cannot modify the Expedia reservation.Expedia took my money, issued the policy, and refuses to take responsibility for the failure. I now risk being charged again when I arrive — for a service I already paid for.Their handling of this case has been dismissive, slow, and frustrating. As a first-time customer, I’m shocked by the lack of accountability.I can no longer recommend Expedia to anyone.
Review of Etsy
My order never arrived despite seller telling me it was on its way and offering a refund if it didn't arrive, sent many emails requesting refund but she just stopped replying.Impossible to contact Etsy for help, sent emails weeks ago still no contact from them. Contacted them through PayPal still no contact. Bought many things through Etsy over the years but never again.

Review of dreamhost
I am a Dreamhost customer since 2010. Any time I needed some help they were amazing, I have many customers under the same account, prizing is super affordable. In this last experience I reached a quota limit for business email accounts, they upgraded it without any problem.
