I bought a PS5 and dualsense Charging Station for a Christmas present. Opened the box today to set up everything up to see the Charging station is faulty. It has a pin missing from the back docking station. Finally managed to get onto a chat with someone to be told I’m out of my 30 days refund/ replacement policy so they can’t do anything. I said the item is faulty and should be replaced, I got told they can’t do anything. So what they are saying I needed to open everything set it up to see if there are any faults then package it up again to wrap and put under my tree… how ridiculous! How about PlayStation you have better quality control so you don’t send out faulty equipment.So I demanded a UK working phone number to talk to someone as this is right. I’m currently sat on hold waiting which is currently showing 1 hour!!I bought this stuff directly from PlayStation thinking that if there was any problems it would be easier to deal with them.. oh how wrong am I. I wish I had read all these reviews on here first before buying as I would have purchased it from another retailer. My advice is stay clear and buy anything PlayStation related items from physical stores like smyths. Because at least they have decent customer service support.

Ich ging am heutigen Tage durch das tolle Internet um mich über die neusten Geschehnisse auf unserer lieben Erde zu informieren, dabei stieß ich auf einen sehr unerfreulichen Newsletter. Ein Artikel über den Tod der Queen. Ich als treuer verehrer der Queen Elizebeth bekam natürlich sofort einen Herzinfarkt, bis ich sah, dass der komplette Titel nur Clickbate war, denn wenn man sich den Artikel genauer ansah, ist klar geworden, dass alle getroffenen Aussagen nur hypothetisch und in keinster Weise Realitätsnah waren. Denn wie wir alle wissen, wird die Queen ja noch mindestens ein Jahrhundert überleben. Ich gebe ihrem Artikel also insgesamt eine 3+, sie haben schöne Bilder verwendet, frei gesp... ich meine es gab keine Schreibfehler und vom Clickbate abgesehen waren die Informationen auch nicht falsch. Ich freue mich auf eine Verbesserung ihrer Zeitung und bin daraufhin auch bereit meine Wertung zu verbessern.Viele Grüße von Karen Müller

Absolutely the worst thing ever happened to me was to try to install Ubuntu to start coding. I spent 100 hours on internet on more than 100 websites to make a sense of what was happenng, I had more than 100 different errors, flashed my USB drive more than 40 times, tried every combination, read hell a lot of forums and watched numeroues videos, even asked help from community to setup Ubuntu to start doing coding. Having a 25 years background in PC hardware and software I am gobsmacked how is possible that there are people out here using this "OS", absolute waste of time and money. After 1 months of trying EVERYTHING i gave up and reinstalled Windows and will study there whatever i can as the coding bootcamp became a "How to sort out 1 million issues with Ubuntu" and instead of even starting learning, I am still trying to make it worked. I found a useful video on youtube what helped me to finally install it after 1 month, but every single time when booting it come up with a different error and won't boot or maybe 1 out of 10 times i am lucky to get into Ubuntu but again can't do anything as whatever I click on, won't open, can't update any software as saying I am not connected to the internet when I am clearly connected, then sometimes will start the update but will come up with 1 million other issues. So in a 100 hours of trying everything, I couldn't enjoy Ubuntu more than 5 minutes without having another error. The Odin Project discord channel was more useless than I initially thought, there are always some internet cowboys blaming you that you are giving up too soon and they will guide you then after 30 minutes they will never ever answer you again. Wasting 100 hours on a 30 minute job and you telling me I am a quiter then clearly you have no life and live in a carboard box. I don;t usually leaving review but this was like a full time job to make this happen and obviously my experience was just a big mess and fustration. Bye forever Linux!

Goodreads does not give authors the option of deleting their own book. (We never delete a book). I think it should be the author's choice if they do not want their book to appear on their site any longer. I cannot believe authors do not have the option to take their own books down.

We were charged several thousand when some 3rd-party unrelated to our company downloaded several 100TB of our data. They have no accountability for failures in their automated platform. Avoid like the PLAGUE!
