I was pretty excited to try this place for the first time. It has a similar set up to Qdoba(which is way better). First the girl accidentally wrote on my burrito with a sharpie and instead of making me a new one that’s not covered in marker she wrapped it up and gave it to me. Second it was absolutely disgusting. Neither me nor my brother enjoyed our food. Plus it was way over priced.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Appalling company. I returned two items for refund but have only been refunded for one. They will not accept that I returned two. All online communication appears to be AI based going round and round in circles saying it hasn't yet been processed to it hasn't been received and check again in 10 days despite an email saying they have received it!!! Do not touch Zara online with a barge pole. They now have my money!!

Purchased a Logitech H340 noise cancelling headset. The audio started crackling after 7 months of use. Tried to get a replacement but Logitech wouldn't replace. These guys used to set the standard but now their products are just cheap crap and their customer support is as well.

I was promised by the sales rep that I could use aliased emails with the product. Instead I found that I could not use my aliased email because a bug in their system does not allow for integrating an aliased email when you use the aliased email to register with the service.Support was completely unhelpful, and I am now 12 HOURS deep into trying to find a workaround by migrating my whole organizations email server.

For my first time order from Dell, I paid $48 extra for express delivery. I was notified that the computer was shipped on December 15th with delivery scheduled for today, December 16. I received a notification from UPS that the package was shipped on December 15, but was shipped by ground service, not overnight and it will not be delivered until December 21st, which is the day my wife is having knee replacement surgery and we are unable to be home to receive it. Their Customer Service team was completely unsatisfactory, it doesn’t seem they have any ability to address any customer service issues, they just blame the shipper. The company never contacted me to let me know there was an issue. I had to learn about it from UPS on the shipping notification. The customer service experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Don’t buy from Dell!

We have an all in one- total junk!!! We have dell premium support. Two months ago could connect to Wi-Fi/ days and days of calls for “remote assistance” then 3 service techs coming into our home, replacing everything, computer was finally functional but took another week to set al drivers, etc. last night went to bed and the computer worked, this morning- nope. They want me to send the computer in for repair- for two weeks!!! Asked the guy on the phone what would happen if his computer didn’t work- replaced same day. All I’m asking dell to do…

Oh well, I made the decision to jump ship and go to the Apple camp. I had never used a MacBook before, I was 100% on Windows.I had three really bad experiences with Dell - now I am done with it:1. In Nov 2019 I received from our IT a Latitude which had a battery life of max. 2 hours and was spinning the fan very loudly when using MS Teams with video. It was just a very poor experience overall.2. In Summer 2020 our IT then switched me to a Precision 15 inch. This one had its mainboard replaced three times. I re-installed Windows three times, and still after a couple of weeks it got really slow and I had Wifi issues. Standby and Hibernate never really worked, I had multiple times a very hot laptop with no battery left in my bag, after I just had closed the lid and put it in the bag. And no, for the ones now telling me that the settings were not right - I had spent hours and hours trying any possible setting and online tip I could find3. In September 2022 I received a Precision 17 inch. I needed to re-install Windows 11 for company reasons, and here again, no standby / hibernate - it cold restarted every time from hibernate, and I lost all of my open files/work.Just to be clear: I consider myself a regular office worker: MS Teams, Outlook, Office 365 online and Office Windows Apps make 95% of what I use. I now use a MacBook - it really is incredible - why? IT JUST WORKS! I can work for a whole day on battery. Standby/Hybernate/Sleep NEVER is a problem, it wakes up in less then 1sec. It is just such a piece of mind - i can finally concentrate on my work, not on my ridiculous Dell - Intel - Windows - buggy Firmware and buggy Driver combination Dell and Microsoft and Intel cannot get under control.Bye, Dell, Bye Windows, Bye Intel - you just can no longer control the complex monsters you have created.

Today I placed a order online for Pick Up” but the order was selected as “Shipped” I called guest services within the hour and that’s when it went down hill. The Rep Caleb was no help. He said he talked to the cancellation department that the order was already shipped... yes, exactly. Lasted with a different call fo Guest Services I discover a email is sent to the cancellation department not via phone conversation. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor... another rep spoke with me stating she was a supervisor only to find out seconds later Caleb saying it wasn’t a supervisor. Later I found out with a call that supervisors are not there at that time but a email will be sent out for a supervisor to call me.Therefore, I brought the same items for store pickup and I will have to return the other. The experience was completely unprofessional. I can not believe that is the culture in the call center.
