I used to like Duolingo but it now has this stupid ´Explain my answer’ prompt to urge you to sign up to this AI assisted ´Duo Max’. So every answer you make, right or wrong (like 50 a day) comes up with this prompt - why would anyone invent such an annoying ´in your face’ piece of marketing. I really don’t want to continue with a product this annoying and I’ve been using Duolingo for 3+ years.

Customer service rejects speaking English.They offered me to provide free internet for 3 months until my old internet contract termination but Customer service provided incorrect information about the deadline for submitting confirmation of the old provider’s contract termination. In reality, it was not possible to take advantage of the porting offer, which waives payments for the remaining duration of the old contract, as providers do not allow termination requests to be submitted before entering the final month of the contract.There are also other issues like my cable internet was cut for 1 day and so on

TURN ON ADBLOCKER AND LEAVE IT ON! Absolute garbage community and website. The entire site is run by anime redditors, aka the most insecure/hateful people to ever exist. Don't you dare have anything negative to say about a series that the mods like. Cause they will delete your review and ban you instantly. The mods constantly delete thousands of negative reviews daily to inflate their own s****y tastes. A perfect example of why anime fans can't have nice things.

Poor Customer Service and False Refund Claims! I ordered a Ideapad 3i on Lenovo.com for my son's home schooling, great delivery service, arrived the next day but the screen had stopped working in less than 24 hours. That was on the 15th January, I am still waiting for TNT to contact me in order to arrange collection of the laptop and receive my refund, I would have been quite happy with a replacement but the returns process is so long winded that they are now out of stock - took 3 emails to confirm that! I have repeatedly corresponded with DigitalRiver customer service but have made absolutely no progress as they apparently are waiting for the 'Ticket' to be answered by Lenovo itself. Completely unreliable service and not adhering to their published 14 day refund policy. Wish I had read these reviews, now worried I won't get a refund.UPDATE: TNT have now collected the laptop but Lenovo .com/Digital River are still replying to my chasing emails to action my refund by saying that the relevant department is looking into it. My son returns to online learning on Monday, with half term over, and we will have to share my work laptop or use a smart phone as Lenovo.com will not do the honorable thing and refund my money so I can purchase my son a much needed laptop. So disappointed by this abysmal service from a well known brand.

Rubbish since it changed to itv x from itv hubStreaming stops and locks with a “Whoops something wrong here” displayed, and will not restart , the only way you can get it to work is by resetting the program you are watching and then it starts at the beginning , hopeless , it would be nice if they would read these reviews and do something about it, obviously a software issue

Horrible SITE/BANK/APP I will NEVER recommend Capital One! I opened an account about 2mths ago..I put money in the account to get it started.It took 2weeks to get the debit card then when I activate it .My funds ($121) not like it’s a million..couldn’t be accessed and the note said contact customer service?I raked to 4different people and NONE of them could tell me why I couldn’t access my money?while I’m on vacation at a gas station with my family tring to get fuel.they forwarded me to a voice mailbox which they said was the only people that could help me and the recording said they would get back to me in48 hrs..!!!bunch of crsp and customer service SUCKS!

I bought a contract from EE for a Google pixel watch. After only 6 months the back has come off through no fault of my own. It won't press or twist back on. EE cannot help me, it has to be done through Google repairs. So, I have been involved with 4 online chats to Google now with no contact from them as to how I get my watch repaired. If you're looking for a smart watch, avoid the pixel, there is absolutely zero customer support.
