I wasn't just given an acronym to explain the acronym I was looking up in an effort to understand the previous acronym that explained the acronym I was looking for before I started looking for the first acronym and...well, you get it. Appalling Service

I'm genuinely concerned about what to expect from this cruise, given the experience so far. I've had to make eight separate calls, and despite repeated promises, no one follows up. My requests are either ignored or not acted upon. Even something as straightforward as a refund for pre-booked activities—requested with four months' notice—has been unnecessarily difficult to resolve. Perhaps look at other cruise lines if you want service.

The live channel content is great

The live channel content is great. There are serious technical issues. Once I begin to watch a program. There are multiple glitches for the first 15 minutes or so. Also noticed that if you pause or rewind. The technical glitches start all over. Currently trying to watch the beginning of the Oscars. It is horrible. I about to switch back to You Tube TV

I had a Premium license attached to a website I was no longer managing. I needed to know if I could retrieve the license for use on a different website that wasn't ready right away. Tiffany T. was able to show me that all that was needed was to click reset and the license would then be detached from the original website and ready to attach to my new website when I was ready. Timely, knowledgeable and patient. Great job!

I purchased a fire pit from Wayfair. Two days after I purchased it, they reduced the item by 10%. I did not receive the product yet but Wayfair would not honor the price reduction.

Wayfair Customer Service Non-existent

Wayfair is like many other online retailers. They do not spend one cent on customer service. Their ‘agents’ are all off shore; they do not train their agents; they do not give their agents any authority to do ANYTHING for the customer. They also do not have an escalation department so the agents can transfer problems. Agents put you on hold, then many minutes later, you are summarily disconnected. I was recently given a phone number for their ‘Cares Team’ that didn’t have an area code and the agent insisted that the number was correct. Because, the agent ‘could not transfer me’. I will not be ordering from Wayfair, Joss & Main or Perigold ever again. They also have an inexperienced web team. Do some user testing, engineers! Long live brick-and-mortar retailers who almost always have excellent customer service.

Convert was wonderful

Convert was wonderful. I was very disappointed in seeing the price at $60 per tickets a few days after I purchased them for $103 in the same row. I had called and the adjustment would not be made. That’s $129 difference. That’s a lot of money. Very disappointed. They were bought through Ticketmaster. Please get back to me on this. 516-660-0347 Thank you. Laura Sablic

Sage Business Cloud Accounting is perfect for the non accountant who needs to manage their books. A lot of my clients now use it and have not complained about the software. I myself use it for my business and it saves so much time. Whenever I have needed support, they have assisted without a hassle.
