WP Engine's service is far and above the best in the business. They always have a solution. I also want to call out one particular support rep named SHAH P. I seem to get Shah a lot, and this guy is truly amazing! Great job WP Engine for hiring Shah, and for always fixing my issues.

I booked a '4wd/4x4' vehicle that could fit 4 large suitcases via Kayak as I was going skiing in Bosnia. When I go there they provided a very small SUV that was not 4WD and could not fit 4 suitcases (it could just fit 2!!). I had several emails with Kayak where the two women tried to convince me that 4WD and 4x4 were different things and that 4x4 translated to SUV and did not need to be 4WD to match. Completely incorrect. Kayak need to employ people who have at least a basic understanding of vehicles. I paid and extra £50 for a 4WD/4x4 - waste of money. Avoid.

worst support in the universe and thats saying something i was got hacked and going through support i made almost 7 tickets because they instantly closed the tickets with no information. I got the last ticket to an actual conversation but you can tell they dont read anything you actually write and just copy paste i ask a question replied by the same message the previous support member said since they all go through the same tickets which is dumb legit talked to like 27 people on the last ticket. I got to the part were they asked for ID and the list of ID they accept is the dumbest list i have ever seen i finally got them to allow me to use my passport and when i sent it to them they said wrong name for the account and instantly closed the ticket. I later answered why it would be different and if they can tell me what the first letter of the account name is so i can give them the correct one but they just said stop talking to us you wont get your account back like this.BTW this whole situation took almost 2 months from start to finish and maybe 3 if you take into account the ones they instantly close

I ordered multiple items from Temu, and one of them was missing from my delivery. I contacted customer service multiple times, provided photo proof showing the item was never sent, but they refused to refund me. Instead, they kept insisting the factory had sent the item and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility when it clearly was.Despite threatening to report them to Apple and my payment provider Klarna, Temu continues to make excuses and ignore their refund obligations. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful.I do not trust Temu anymore and would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them. I’ve had nothing but headaches, and honestly, I’ve never had issues like this with other retailers like SHEIN.If you want a smooth shopping experience with proper customer care, stay far away from Temu.

I've ordered from them, and the quality is always very high. And they are always concerned with what the customer thinks of the product. I had an issue with an order one time, but they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, like they wouldn't take "it's okay" as an answer, they wanted me to be truly happy. They have pride in their work and it shows.

This is definitely a scam …. Purchased it a day ago and after 5 questions it announced of reaching my limit , in the middle of me preparing for a very imp medical exam. I messaged them for a refund as I wasn’t getting the service i signed up for , and their reply was that they don’t cater to returns after asking a total of 10 questions which supposedly I had asked in 2 WHOLE days 😡😡😡absolute crap

The filters are a good way to weed through undesired positions and if they added categories for LEGAL, MEDICAL, CDL required, and LICENSE or CERTIFICATION required, that would be a huge benefit for job seekers.Overall the platform was an easy way to view all jobs available. I did find by clicking "thumbs down" on a specific job then "update job preferences" and "not interested" for that company, type of job, or location, didn't matter because they still came up time after time.

I would give negative stars if I could! This company is not to be trusted! I booked a room and didn't realize the was a two hotels with that same name. One was Tahiti Village and the other Tahiti Resort. Once I realized the mistake I contacted the Tahiti Resort and they understood and said it happens all the time but since I booked with hotels.com said I had to go through them. When I called and told them what happened they said" no problem, we will get you your refund. It's save to book at the correct hotel." I asked over and over and their rep Lovely Ann V said there wouldn't be an issue with my refund. Me being stupid listened to this rep that lied! I told her are you sure? Because I didn't want to lose my money I would deal with it. ( I do have this entire conversation in writing) The next day I get an email saying there would be no refund! WHAT! That's not what I was told. I have been fighting with them to get my money back. I jjst can't believe they would allow their REP to tell a customer that and not follow through. They are not to be trusted. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
