Review of vodafone

Don‘t do it - overpriced, unreliable product with bad service (in Berlin region)

I have both my mobile phone contract and my cable internet contract with Vodafone (Location: city center of Berlin, Germany) over 1 year now.The cable internet service is absolutely horrible - I have outages or extreme slowness for at least 1 hour every day which is a extremely annoying when working from home. Especially considering that I pay 40€ a month solely for high speed internet, this is a joke. Furthermore, I took them 4 weeks and two workers when I moved in to the flat to get the router working. Despite customer support on the phone is often very nice and polite, the are occasionally not reachable or often not very helpful. Mostly the info is that „there is a disruption“ in the region. Just funny that my neighbors who have a Telekom contract don‘t experience these disruptions in that frequency nor in the duration. Summary: I can only recommend to stay away from Vodafone (at least when you live in Berlin). Extremely overpriced, especially considering the product quality they deliver and the useless service. Once the contract runs out, I will definitely change to another provider.

After being a disabled and Handicapped Veteran of nintendo products for 30 yrs there customer service And resolve to handle situations is completely Horrendous if your Handicapped & have challenges etc do not go to this Company because they commit theft steal your funds and when something goes wrong with an order There tremendous delays present to No resolve do not Order from nintendo if you want a positive gaming in my experience they are the absolute worst

Now I have to wait 7-10 days until my money is placed back into my account. PLEASE DONT ORDER ONLINE ITS A SCAM!!!! This the second time this happen to me.

Logitech Refuses to Issue a Refund – Terrible Customer ServiceI purchased PRO Racing Pedals Refurb - Black ($237.99) from Logitech’s official website on December 14, 2024. I followed their return policy and sent the item back, which was received by Logitech on December 27, 2024 (confirmed by tracking).However, as of today, I have not received my refund. I contacted Logitech support multiple times via email and social media, but they completely ignored my requests.I have already filed a BBB complaint and an FTC report, and if this issue is not resolved soon, I will proceed with a chargeback and legal action.This is unacceptable for a well-known brand. BUYERS BEWARE – Logitech does not honor their refund policy and ignores customers.

I was a ulta customer And for some reason, I did not receive my statements for three months when I called them and told them this, they refused to take this answer from me and also refuse to take the late fees off because it was not my fault. All I can tell you is. Nobody should ever get a Alta card and the manager Stephen was horrible to me and while I was speaking to him, he just cut me off without a thank you or anything. Do you want some people to treat customers like this? Leave well enough alone

This app used to be an excellent one to store and use passwords on various websites and other apps. However, they have been constantly upgrading and trying to fix bugs. They have only made things worse, and there are numerous bugs like the app pulling up old passwords for sites that were changed, or not automatically populating usernames for sites like Apple. I have had issues with being locked out of my email accounts on Yahoo, etc., because of these random bugs on 1Password. Their customer service through an automated bot and via email support is lousy.
