I had newsletter layout and archiving questions that were driving me nuts trying to figure out how to get them to work the way I envisioned. So, I got on chat with Marvin, and he patiently showed me what to do and even made several suggestions I hadn't thought of doing, and now I'm a very happy camper! The MailerLite support team is wonderful and always responds in a timely manner with great patience and good solutions to your problems.

Terribly misleading. Gave a large donation and they wacked on a 15% tip! When I went back in to look it was not even on the screen and you had to scroll down to see it and then you can even change it. There’s a manual way of changing it to zero but by this time I was caught out. Disgusting way to treat people.

I wanted to give a good review - but they have reviewers on their site who are offensive to other reviewers all the time, but get away with it because some 'like' their posts, and they actually review regularly. Very soon only those reviewers will be left because you can sense that others are fed up with being sworn at all the time if they disagree. If this is what Goodreads want, then OK - they can do without me.

there is no service available.. how poor! i was choosing a theme and want to give back for a Reason. It wasnt IMPOSSIBLE to fine any chat or Mail Contact... now ai choose another Software. A running shop with that poor not existing Service? no way..

I placed an online order for a fairly common treatment for mold and mildew. I placed the order on June 14th and Lowes indicated it would be available for pick up on June 19th. That, in and of itself is not exactly "lightening" fast, but I placed the order anyway. From that point on it's been very disappointing. In a day and age where tracking is very transparent and nearly flawless I got zero updates from Lowes. So now the 19th has arrived and I'm still looking for some kind of notification the product has arrived and is available for pick up. Nothing. No communication whatsoever. Tracking notice simple says "order is being prepared" or something to that effect. Now the 19th has passed and I got no notice that it would be late and no explanation for why it was. It's now mid-morning, the day AFTER it was due to arrive and still no communication, no explanation, no notice of when to expect it. Sorry performance all around.

STAY AWAY OF DEPOP! Used to buy and sell through Depop, but my last 3 purchases were complete hell. Depop collects VAT at checkout, but sellers are responsible for filling the IOSS form, when they don't u have to pay taxes again when the item reaches customs. This happened with my last 3 orders, and Depop is refusing to refund the money they collected/robbed without mine or the seller's consent. Their useless staff is unable to send anything other than automatic responses and is unable to analyze any receipt or photo you send. They will lie to you and ignore your e-mails. This company is complete rubbish.

Great for everything EXCEPT e-commerce solutions. Best customer service for Wordpress I've ever experienced, however, when I built an ecommerce site on their ecommerce plan, it would take 45 seconds for my shop page to load. However, I tried my same site migrated over to SHOPIFY, and my site loads in 1 second. It's literally 45x faster to use Shopify, vs WP Engine E-Commerce hosting plan. I wasted a lot of money with them on the e-commerce plan for their support to be dishonest and tell me it loaded fine for them. I had multiple customers tell me the site lags horribly, and I'm offended they even charge so much for service that is so terrible. Every other site is just fine with them that isn't an ecommerce site. I lost a lot of money trying to get things to work with their platform for e-commerce. Just go with shopify, nothing beats it. its insanely fast and that is what is most important with e-commerce when a customer is ready to buy.
