We've been using Freshdesk for over 3 years now and it's been great. It really helps us manage the large volume of requests that we receive from our clients. My only recommendation would be around the Satisfaction Survey. When someone responds to the survey, the email we receive back doesn't note the piece of feedback that they gave us. It would be nice to get that feedback in the email notification.

Terrible, using the dreamhost for like 5 years every now and then, there are some issues, they randomly turn off email forwarding and email services, we lose bunch of customers. To make things even worse i recommended dreamhost to latest 200 of my customers.

Uber eats are, in my opinion, complete con artists. On the 3rd March they wrote to me stating that my annual subscription would qualify for one year free membership of Disney+. Now that the uber subscription has been activated they are denying that I qualify for Disney+.I strongly recommend that anybody proposing to join uber eats should be very careful how they proceed and then look elsewhere.For the sake of authenticity the promise was made to me by “m48” in uber support.

Still waiting for a refund from an order that was returned a month ago. No correspondence received from emails or web enquiries.Absolutely shocking experience. There should be a 0 star option as this company does not warrant any stars.

Bought item (700 euro!) from Amazon.fr (direct, not 3th party seller), on Amazon Prime day and paid for 1 day shipping. After 2 days, customer service contacted me with statement, that my package was destroyed during shipping preparation. The item never left Amazon.fr warehouse and Amazon.fr just refuse to ship replacement and offered me refund. They are having such items on their site, sold directly by them, but on regular prices. I know my item was with -20% promo price, but its not my fault that they somehow destroyed it... After 10 days from my order, there is no replacement nor refund. Incredibly poor customer service!!! I have the feeling that the French unit has nothing to do with Amazon! I really don't know how to proceed with them, they have my money and my item and simply ignoring me!

I can't believe how utterly horrendous Zara online customer service is. I brought 2 dresses to try for my hen party and unfortunately both were unsuitable- returned them both and received a notification that I was refunded for 1 dress. Ive contact the. chat 4 times and keep getting fobbed off with "Our team are investigating this and you will be contacted within 48 hours" I still haven't got my money back. I will never ever buy again from Zara. Truly the worst online shopping experience of my life.This company is fraudulent and a their staff are liars, WITHHOLDING REFUNDS IS ILLEGAL!
