Pretty much perfect

Placed countless orders on this website and regularly buy from certain sellers. Any record you want will be on the website and some at cheaper prices than in most record shops or even ebay. All the sellers i have purchased from have always offered very reasonable and fair postage and very helpful should you need to query anything. But like has been said in previous reviews, any problems encountered will be caused by certain sellers trading.
Overall, discogs has helped me find some very rare hard to find records to add to my collection with all the information necessary (for instance what condition the records are in).

Highly recommended.

Yelp is not trustworthy. They do not allow honest opinions or experiences. I had two horrible experiences with Tjmaxx in Portland, a rental company in Utah. I wanted to warn people of these terrible business dealings. Yelp made sure to flag me. I did nothing wrong but spoke the truth and I was flagged—no bad words or threats. Yelp is another company that lies and cheats.

Ridiculous! A taxi service with no taxis available

Ordered an uber at 11:40, said it would find a car by 11:47. Didn’t find one. Said it would find one by 11:51, didn’t find one and cancelled the trip. Ordered another one, said it would come at 11:57, didn’t find a driver and cancelled again. Very disappointing.

This company was running an FB offer -if you write a genuine reveiw about the software you use and gets published you get $ 10.00 .Here is the catch , I did write a review for GoToMeeting software that I use currently for my remote work .There is a another email asking me to prove that I do work for the company , just because they cannot find the company ( sounds like proper research was not done online by their QA ) .They asked me to give my FB page link /Linkedin page link /copy of my drivers license /screen shot of the software that I use with my company -Violation of my company policy to post picture of their company software that I use for meetings ,Hope you guys should know the rules .I am indeed a independent contractor and the company that I work for is geniuine .I will not be providing any of these secure personal info to get the $ 10 which seems to be a marketing gimmick to collect personal info .Please hire someone who knows how to create reviews for the software rather than asking people for personal information .I have every info that You asked along with SSN and many other worthy document that proves me be a real professional in the customer service field .Do your research properly before you ask those documents to anyone .

Poor Handling of Account Security Issue

I hosted via Eventbrite. The incident involved an unknown participant changing their display name to mine and repeatedly sending recording requests, raising serious concerns about potential unauthorized access or hacking.Upon reporting this issue to Zoom’s support team, I was informed that they had “taken action against the disruptor.” However, when I requested further clarification on what specific actions were taken, they simply closed my ticket without providing any explanation. I attempted to submit another request to gain a better understanding of their security response, but my ticket was closed again without any resolution.My Concerns: 1. Lack of Transparency – Zoom refuses to disclose what actions were taken, leaving me unsure if my account security has been properly addressed. 2. Poor Customer Support – Instead of investigating further or providing detailed assistance, my ticket was closed multiple times without resolution. 3. Potential Security Breach – The fact that an unknown individual was able to impersonate me in my own Zoom meeting and request recording access suggests a possible security vulnerability that Zoom has failed to address properly.Requested Resolution: • A clear explanation of what actions Zoom took against the disruptor. • Assurance that my account has not been compromised and that my security settings are intact. • A review of Zoom’s support response policies to ensure legitimate security concerns are properly investigated rather than dismissed without explanation.I believe Zoom has a responsibility to provide transparency and security assurance to its users, especially when account impersonation and potential hacking attempts occur.

One leg up!!

So I made an online purchase, couldn’t wait to receive it!! I wanted to wear it this weekend to a Mother’s Day Brunch. Went to try it on, why one leg was longer than the other 😫. Called customer service!! Why I was offered a coupon code for free shipping on my next purchase. I was highly offended. I said Sir all my online purchases is always free.. he goes that’s the only thing that I can offer you for the inconvenience. So I had to return the item in store.. Oh wait he did offer to send me a return label.. which I declined. I told him I rather return it in person due to their very strict return policy. So now I’m back to square one looking for a Mother’s Day outfit. And yes it’s not the end of the world but it’s the principle. I should’ve been offered more than just a code for free shipping on my next order. And trust me I took pictures!!

We want our money back

We did not receive our restaurant order at the expected time and had even paid an additional amount to have the food delivered quickly. Apparently, the driver delivered our food to another address on another street. The driver never contacted us. We ended up going to another restaurant late in the evening when we realized our food was not going to arrive. We have followed up with Uber Eats and Uber Eats agents admitted the driver did not follow guidelines. However, they refuse to reimburse us according to our method of payment. Despite our severe inconvenience and wanting nothing to do with Uber Eats in the future, they will only “reimburse” in Uber Cash. They cite technical issues preventing them from reimbursing our method of payment (5 different agents by chat and phone). We want our money back and do not want anything further to do with this deceitful company.

BEWARE IF YOU OWN MORE THAN ONE SWITCH

Brilliant console and good games BUT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEARLY PROFITS BEFORE GOOD PRACTICE ....I bought two Pokemon Limited Edition Switch Consoles for my two children for Christmas.They come with downloadable Pokemon games . I didn’t know (and nowhere was it clear) that you need to have two separate Nintendo accounts for each switch to make sure the games can be played separately.When it became clear only one child could play the game at a time , I contacted Nintendo to explain and they said it was because both games were downloaded to the same Nintendo account .I offered proof of purchase for both and asked for one to be transferred to my other Nintendo account . I was told they can’t do it because of “protocol” ! I am disgusted with this ! Almost £700 on two switches and they can’t help because of a genuine error in registering the game . It’s a download so very unlikely to cost them a penny to transfer it over to my other account .They told me the only way around this is to buy the Pokemon game again at a cost of £50!!Total joke! I love Nintendo products but I am so appalled I’d happily return them both !Infuriating !
