Recently had a new network password. Went to change the passwords on the nest thermostats x 2 and 1 works fine the other refuses to recognise the internet. Everything works fine doorbell, cctv, WiFi etc but nest have told me to contact my provider as my router needs to change a code access. The 3rd advisor was rude and totally un helpful.

I used Jimdo for one of my businesses. When that business ceased to exist I didn’t need the website anymore. Upon renewal in 2018 I received an email saying that I had to pay for the upcoming year or they would shut down my website, so I let them shut it down. 4 years later I get contacted by a debt collection company claiming I owe Jimdo money. The pandemic has been hard on all of us, but that’s proper scum behaviour! My website was taken down on the day when the contract ran out.

Ordered a uv bulb for a koi pond. Instead was sent a $1 child's tie. Called customer service to initiate a return. Had to take the child's tie to the ups store and send it back. While i was at the ups store noticed 5 other customers doing Amazon returns, this was alarming because of the time of day and I live in a small town. Waited a few days because I noticed no refund has been issued. Called customer service again and was informed it would take 2 weeks for a refund. Found the bulb at 1000bulbs.com for $10 less. Never using Amazon again..

Amazon drivers are the absolute worst!!! They lie about giving you the item in hand when you know they haven't at all. Said they tried to deliver yesterday but didn't cos I was home. Tried to deliver today but was out. It's an age verify item and as I've lived here for nearly 30 years I know for sure I get older every year, not like I'm suddenly going to be under 18 one day when I wake up!!! I've complained on more than one occasion and still the drivers have no clue of how to do their jobs!!!!!
